I'd like to have this opened. To clarify this is not an RP thread. My region has a Emperor and that title goes hand in hand with the founder. We are simply seeking a candidate to become heir apparent and possibly the next leader of the region. To call this RP would be like calling the Osiris Fraternal Order role play -obviously there is no such thing- but for the sake of game play it's a theme. So is this.

Wait... so if I wanted to find somebody to help lead my regional government, not the role-play parts of it, but the defender/raider, recruitment, etc. aspects of it; where would I post that?

Because I see regions recruit people (including regional officers presumably) or try to in gameplay all the time with themes (I mean the Osiris Fraternal Order, or the Europeia government all role-play)?

I'd like to know for future references.

Looking at the thread in question, it appears to look like role-play since it asking for a crown-prince(sess) which sounds like a roleplay thing, while not specifying what exactly the job is.

To make it a good thread that isn't locked I would suggest making it clear that crown prince(sess) is simply the title, and that the duties in question are things concerning the gameplay forum.

Maljaratas' advice is sound. Your thread reads like you're recruiting for roleplaying. If you can specify the region, and the gameplaying roles the position involves, then potentially it would be suitable for the Gameplay forum (note: if your region already has a thread there, you'll need to use that).

If the position doesn't have any gameplaying roles, and it's just for an RP marriage or purely RPed monarchy, then your thread would need to go elsewhere.
