penglai is the 10th biggest region in Nationstates. when i looked inside the region of Penglai, i discovered that all nations in penglai have the same motto: "발해의 승리에 과 대한 세상의 악화" this is korean for "
The deterioration of the world and for the victory of the Bohai Sea"
i'm just posturing here, but is there anyone who can prove that this region isnt just multis or a negative environment?

EDIT 1: i have discovered Penglai is a puppet storage region, something needs to be done about this.

It is actually just a puppet storage region, I suppose. It says so in its tags.

The best proof that they aren't all WA multis is that none of them seem to be in the WA.

However, I find it ironic how it is one of the largest regions in Nationstates, and yet I have never heard of it.

Why does something have to be done about it? I believe puppet storage regions are allowed.

puppet nations can be used for multis, and besides, its just clogging up spaces where other nations might want to go, like the top 10 biggest regions. Penglai is password protected

But I wouldn't imagine the game would give a puppet storage tag if it were banned. Just my opinion. If this thread is going to go on much longer, might I suggest you put a link to the region with a [region] tag in the OP?

Of course there are multis. The region has a tag that specifically states that it is a "Puppet Storage" region. There are no other player created tags in the region. The region is also password protected, which implies that the region is only accessible to a certain nation, and merely exists as the puppet storage of the founder.

Hello and welcome to the Security Council. I suggest you read this guide to the SC's workings, as this is of no relevance to the SC's functions.

I was going to suggest that this thread be moved to moderation, but having investigated and found that the founder of Penglai has done nothing wrong, a mod will probably just lock it.

This isn't really a topic pertinent to the Security Council, and I see no attempt at writing a Condemnation/Commendation here. Just for reference, however, a "puppet" is not the same thing as a "multi"; a player can have as many puppets as they want, but they can only have one nation in the WA. A secondary (or more) nation in the WA is a "multi." iLock.
