Is texting allowed whilst driving? No, this also results in Gulag.
Is the driver allowed to eat whilst driving? No, this also results in Gulag.

National speed limit: None, there are unlimited sections on highways and roads (Autobahn), the highest on limited sections is 130 km/h. Default limits in a city is 50 km/h, and 100 km/h outside of cities. However, residential areas have 30 km/h limits, the lowest limit. Is texting allowed whilst driving? No

Is it legal to drive too slow? No, however, hazards must be on and the vehicle must either speed up or remove itself from the road, usually too slow indicates a mechanical failure. Highways have a minimum speed of 60 km/h, and vehicles that cannot do that are banned on the Autobahn.
Is it legal to drive too fast? No, when in limited sections, however, usually 10-20+ km/h over the limit is targeted, and it's typically enforced in built-up areas and cities.
