Mana is a school for potent young elemental wizards, from all different walks of life! Whether you were raised into a family of potent Firebreathers, or just discovering your powers for yourself, MA's mission is to ensure you comfortably grow into a strong, capable adult, who can use their powers for the good (usually) of mankind.
Mana Academy has existed for hundreds of years and continues to thrive in 2016, making its home on a small island on the Shores of Lake Superior, in North America. Students from all across the world are discovered, and approached to attend starting at age 14. These students, however, aren't like any other: They are mages, naturally predisposed to the use of elemental magic: The ancient magics of Fire, Earth, Air, and Water, and all the combinations thereof. Students who attend have purposefully or accidentally displayed potency in conjuring and manipulating these elements, usually with one element in particular. It is the the role of Mana, led by their magnanimous Principal, Ms. Joan Anaximander, to train these students in all of the elements, and "any other subject that a wizard ought to know".
Our story begins with a group of promising young students, all attending the school for their first year. Unsure of what to expect, friendships, grudges, and perhaps even drama will surely approach....as soon as orientation lets out, where we begin.
