OPERATION LOT'S EXODUS

In early 2016, a terrorist group known as Homofront emerged after series of terror attacks across the world. Claiming to be fighting for homosexual rights, homofront carried out more than two shootings in New Edom, murdered a tourist from Common Territories, threatened several nations and evidently received backing from state authorities. The militant group always made it's base in the Southern Furukuran sea; but very quickly SACTO governments started to notice point of origin of it all; a city - state known as United Community of Kesslerstaat (UCK), key zone in Southern Furukuran Sea. Founded in late 17th century by a cult that was escaping Europe (Netherlands to be specific) and unofficially known as "New Sodom" to the cult that dwells within, the city" became for a long time centers of homosexual life - to be dubbed "most degenerate cities in the world" even today by the press, with enormous red lights districts and sex tourist industry. Apart from that, however, both cities for a long time became key commercial ports; and since 1950s, under leadership of Prime Minister Jakoobus Boshoff and his Social Party of Revolutionaries (SPR), the two cities became a prospering hub and a welfare state resembling Scandinavia. Homofront always maintained heavy presence in the town, having unofficial support from several political and military figures.
But to the North, lies a new threat.
New Sodom & New Gomorrah always were key to colonial control of the region; but that changed after the Empire of Greater Nihon appeared, driving the colonialists out during war in 1950s. As part of agreement, the region received independence, and Potomiak Sultanate was formed. Predominately Muslim population seen however the cities as bed of degeneracy, which resulted in secession of both of them in 1962 and formation of UCK; the states formed their own, pretty well equipped armed forces. At the same time, in 1959 power in Potomiak Sultanate took Mahmud Syah, a very conservative ruler; during most of his rule, however, the county was stalled, and it's army was unable to even attempt to annex UCK.
That changed when Mahmud Syah died in 2004, and to power came his son, Mahmud Arif Syah. Educated in Nihonese military academies and having a passion for engineering, Mahmud Arif Syah begun quick program of reforms, quickly making Potomiak one of major natural gas exporters in the region. Under his reign the army was transformed after Nihonese model, quickly rearming itself with newest Nihonese and Riysan weaponry. With one of fastest growing economies in the world, Mahmud Arif Syah is dreaming of restoration of glory of the sultans of old, that ruled before colonialists came. And what could be a better way for it... than annexing UCK and putting the end to spread of degeneracy forever? And perfect occasion in shape of homofront just came onto horizon...
With slow movements, Mahmud Arif Syah's armies, now fielding newest Nihonese & Riysan weapons, slowly converge on the borders of city states, using anti - terrorism as their justification. Only few seconds separate tensions with total war... and everyone knows that they will pass swiftly.
Hello! This RP is intended to be a new way of bringing SACTO to life, by testing our skills in a large scale urban combat by assaulting an urban area resembling Singapore. OpFor will be RPed by Aeyariss, our former member and good friend of mine. The story is set after Finberg Terrorist attacks (which I still have to finish), and after homofront - CRG "terror war".
RULES
The use of nuclear weapons: (Y/N): NO
The use of biological, chemical or other WMD weapons: (Y/N): YES for small scale employment of chemical weapons, NO for the rest.
The use of EMP: (Y/N): YES for non - nuclear EMP.
Predetermined ORBAT?: (Y/N): YES. ORBAT should be attached to every post that involves movement of the troops, and should include their size and organization.
Maps: (Compulsory): YES (To as much degree as possible or needed, military RPing should be backed by maps).
What end state do you wish to achieve?: Either victory of UCNSG or Potomiak. Potomiak would also achieve victory if infrastructure of UCK - very important for it to function - will be totally devastated, although that would not in victory in the military spectrum.
Adherence to 'Geneva Code'/'Hague Convention'?: (My preference: NO): NO. Urban conflict of this scale is likely to cause huge humanitarian crisis.
NS MT or RL MT: Hard MT.
Total War/Limited War?: Both possible depending on location and circumstances, focusing on conventional war.
Should we control weather?: Weather should be set by common consensus, if the sides can't find it they should refer to the OP.
How fast should we pace this RP?: Slow pace, one post a week per RPer.

I prefer smaller units for foreign assistance, namely because it'll be a mess when we fight.
