Scottish Revolution (IC/TG to Enter)

Postby Northe Scotland » Fri Jan 29, 2016 5:55 am

September 10, 2058

The Kingdom of Scotland has erupted into chaos when a great mob of angry common folk have stormed the city hall building in Glasgow. The rebels shot and killed multiple officials before pulling out of the building, looting and damaging the building. At a death toll of 200, the Lady Princess Mary has ordered 15,000 troops into Glasgow. However, this has caused more outrage in the western parts of the Kingdom. The rebellion has growing ever stronger, and now numbered 50,000, mostly people of the lowest class group. As the revolt rises in Glasgow, it spreads horrifyingly fast to the cities of Ayr and Dumfries.

Now the mob and rioters, running with haphazardly made weapons and an arsenal of sticks, bricks and shot guns have took over the city of Troon, one of the biggest port cities on the western coast. With the people seemingly having gone mad and lost their minds, the government forces including General Grey, third in command of the army and Ambassador to Great Hyruke have asked for help in such a conflict. However, contradicting this, The Lady Princess Mary, daughter of the away King Charles III and ruler in his place, and Prime Minister Lord Augustus Newtonmore proclaim that they have the situation completely under control.

Instead of a small rebellion however, it appears that it could very soon turn into a full blown civil war, or worse, a revolution. Lord Newtonmore, from his position in the Parliament Building has ordered a full mobilization of 100,000 troops of the Army of Scots. In Edinburgh the Lady Princess Mary and the other princesses of Scotland have taken refugee, whilst the young Duke of Rothesay was sent to live, if only a temporary time with his cousin, the Duc d'Angoulême in Ghent, Derita.

Rules:

1. My word is law
2. This is not a full blown out war, start off with political solutions
3. no more than 5,000 troops
4. MT/ PMT
5. Edinburgh is a no fly zone
6. No Metagaming or Godmodding
7. Have Fun

Glasgow, Scotland

Amidst the chaos of the mob, running through the streets of Glasgow as they went to and from section to section of the once sparkling city, one man saw an opportuntiy to seize power with his people. His was a simple man, he was a low breed college drop out, a mild drunk and a strong Calvinist, a man with a sharp mind and a thick beard, wild hair and a wild personality.

His name, was Causantín Eilloit-Eli Wallais

At the moment he was close to being homeless, his land lord was a pompous ass who was threatening to evict him. But now, with the riots quickly rushing through the city, chaos was spreading, as was death. The man, a giant of a man at nearly 7 feet tall, stood up from his couch when a knock on the door single his land lord. Causantín Wallais stormed over to the door and looked down at the small man who was determined it seemed to ruin his already down spiraling life. and so at that moment he lost his mind.

Hearing a mob of people pass by, Causantín Wallais grabbed his land lord by the neck, lifting him up and threw him out the window. The glass shattered and the smaller man screamed as he hit the ground below. It was a short but still dangerous drop. And that poor man barely surivived, but he would have wished he had died then. The rob converged on him with a fierce anger, seeing him as a wealthy man by his suit, attacking him with bricks and knives.

Causantín Wallais, seeing the gore below, did the only logical thing. He joined the mob. They ripped the land lord apart, quiet literally, and the man, whose name was Mr. Queensy, was silenced as Causantín Wallais, taking a butcher knife from a woman and sliced Mr. Queensy head off. And in a fashion of the successful (ish) French Revolution centuries before, Wallais held the gross head high above his head and roared,

"Down with the Crown and the bloody lords that shackle us! Freedom for the People of Scots!"

They cheered in delight, covered in blood and guts, and putting Mr. Queensy's head on a wooden pike, they paraded it down the street, Causantín Wallais leading the mob of rebellious people.

Lady Princess Mary walked through the halls of the Edinburgh Castle, remodeled and grown over the generations quickly in an anixous sense as she was to meet with the older Lord Dundee, Commander-in-Chief of the Army. The King's daughter had been terribly nervous at the knowledge of the fact that the rioters in Glasgow had gone to the point that murder was common place in the streets of the once respectable city that Lady Princess had once found charming. It was such a dangerous situation that she feared ever more and more would get out of hand.

Lord Dundee, a tall man and only in his mid thirties, therefore almost twice the age of the Lady Princess. Lord Dundee frowned lookig at his governing body. Though the Lady Princess was no King, she was very respectable and far more likable than her multiply married father, the actual but distant King Charles.

"Your Royal Highness, the forces in Glasgow are barely able to hold off the forces of the mob."

"Lord Dundee, I request you don't refer to this revolt as a group of forces. They are traitors who wish the destruction of our nation, and I refuse to be demeaned by a revolt."

"Yes Ma'am, but...."

"But what exactly Lord Dundee?"

"This is no revolt Ma'am, this is a revolution."

All too often in life, you didn’t realise how happy something made you until suddenly you didn’t have it anymore. Such was the case in the Imperial Council. Whether one would wish to side with the legitimate Kingdom or help overthrow them would be irrelevant, as at least Empress Alice I would have made an firm decision and brought the bickering to a close. Although, with that in mind, it was perhaps for the best that they had not turned the United Iravian Empire into a nuclear wasteland - again.

Without the ultimate authority of a sovereign at the current moment, debate continued. It was a fair assumption to say that Charles III was no popular figure in the realm, but the Scottish royal family was connected to a strand of their own nobility and it afforded them a certain degree of influence by extension. But the entirety of the council had recently sworn to bear allegiance to the Crown Prince and execute his would-be duties (if he were old enough) faithfully. It was clear from how the boy chose his friends that he would wish to preserve the titles that these people had. At the same time however, he did feel that Scotland as a nation would be better off without the influence of monarchy - and if it did have to have one, it could do with a different dynasty. One that would respect the wishes and heritage of the Scots ; like how the Empire did not enforce and impose its own will upon Switzerland like it could.

By a narrow margin, a majority was reached as to a course of action. Diplomatic solutions were to be tried before any show of force ; or at least an overt and direct show of force. And thus, the legislature wished to broker and negotiate an arrangement and an agreement of peace between the two conflicting parties. If neither side stood to reason, some plan of action would be formulated. If one or the other did showcase the will to take things to a tabletop discussion, they would be willing to help with supplies ; both militarily wise with equipment and humanitarian provisions for those civilians displaced by conflict.

Scotland was a beautiful country, and no-one wished to see it decimated by warfare from within.

In regards to the current crisis facing Northe Scotland, her Majesty would like to express her deepest sympathies for your plight. The behavior on display by the revolutionaries is utterly barbaric, disgusting, unacceptable, and completely at odds with everything the civilized world stands for. It is therefore a matter utterly and unambiguously crucial to international security that these savages not be allowed to take power. W the this in mind, we are aware that full hostilities have yet to break out. For now, your Highness, you have our total diplomatic support; any country shortsighted enough to support the revolutionaries will have us to deal with. If you need support, a force of 5000 Imperial Spetznaz commandos are on hand to help you. Just say the word, and we will send them over. Until then, remain strong, and oppose e revolutionaries at all costs!

Sultanate Chancellery, Jayanesia

Premier Sheehan Mora clicked a button on the remote. Almost immediately the screen in front of him went black. He set the remote down and picked up his coffee mug, taking few short sips before setting it back on his desk. There has been a civil unrest in Scotland, with angry masses having taken over some important cities in the country. Hundreds were killed.

A large amount of Jayans reside in Scotland, whether to work there or on vacation. The Premier is known as a caring man; he couldn't think of what would happen to his people living abroad should a full-scale revolution occur in Scotland. They needed to be evacuated from the country right away. His dark brown eyes glanced at the phone in front of him.

He picked up the phone and dialed a number. A silent moment followed as he waited for the other side to respond. Finally, a raspy voice spoke into the phone. "Mr Premier, sir."

"Minister," Mora said, "Have you heard of the recent news from Scotland?"

"Yes, sir," the minister replied, "Riots had broken out in the country. Hundreds of people were killed in the event," he paused for a short moment, "I had been thinking about a plan to evacuate our citizens who are currently residing in Scotland, sir. We must get them out of there before they get hurt."

"I know. I've been thinking so," Mora spoke, "News reports said that Edinburgh is a no-fly zone. It will be quite difficult to evacuate via air."

"Indeed, sir," the minister said, "I had contacted our ambassador in Scotland; he told me that our people will be safe under the protection of our embassy there. For the moment, anyways."

Silence hung over the line. "Fine, then," the Premier finally said, "Keep in touch with the ambassador. I will contact the Scottish government for details, alright?"

"On it, sir."

The young Princesse Sophie, Lady of Laurdale, rushed around and about her home of Caranden House. The large manor was located in the Old Town section of Edinburgh and had been the home of the siblings of the now Late Queen Anna of Scots for the last two and a half years. Princesse Sophie, the second oldest now that Anna was dead, was only just turned 17 years old, and with her eldest sister, Queen Catherine of Espana away in Madrid, she had to care for the rest of the young family. Her sisters, 16 year old Adelaide, 15 year old Annabella, and 8 year old Margaret-Louisa; along with their brothers, 11 year old Alfred, Duke of Doncaster and 10 year old Leopold, Duke of Queensberry. Had it been the teenage Princesse Adelaide's choice, they would have fled Scotland to go back to Switzerland. However, Sophie was in charge and she believe it would be better to stay in Scotland.

Sophie: "If we flee the kingdom, we shall never be able to come back, we will never have control again."

Adelaide: "If we stay here in Scotland, we will end up like Anna."

Prince Alfred, called affectionately Affie, gasped at this comment. None of the siblings of the poor unfortunate Queen Anna of Scots were unaware of what had happened to their young, naïve and sexy sister. Anna of Scots, as a mere viscountess had charmed and seduced the much older King Charles III, she had done it so well it had made her a queen. But her young actions went too far and she flew too close to the sun and was burned. Beheaded... It sent shivers down Sophie's spine as she finished packing a trunk.

Sophie: "How could you be so heartless? so uncaring? We haven't been so much as a month without Anna and you speak of her in such spite."

Adelaide: " Anna is gone and their is nothing that we can do about it. You yourself saw the cruel ways of Charles, you saw what he reduced Catherine to. He locked us up in this cursed house and he killed our sister. He has no love for us, who knows.. once Catherine bores him, he might move on to you, and then me and even little Margot."

Sophie:" Don't say such things!"

Affie: "Both of you stop it!"

The two older sister looked at her younger brother and saw that he was holding their youngest sister, Margaret-Louisa, called Margot, and both were crying, clearly upset by all the yelling and anger between the two girls. Adelaide rushed over to him, hugging them and trying to comfort them, speaking softly to tell them that all would be better. Sophie however couldn't be so kind. She continued to pack up her things. She walked down stairs and saw her fiancée, Christian-Theodore Treene, Lord Clarendale. Lord Clarendale, a widow, and man of 33 years, much older than the young Sophie, but the marriage had been arranged by King Charles III. He was tall and blonde, with a blond mustache and pale blue eyes, unlike Sophie's dark black and brown hair and deep dark blue eyes. Lord Clarendale had been the one to suggest that they abandon Caranden House and go to his private estate of Clarence House.

Lord Clarendale: "How is everything upstairs?"

Sophie: "Dreadful, Adelaide wishes for us to flee to Switzerland."

Lord Clarendale: "But then we would be unable to return. You would all lose your status' as princesses of Scotland no doubt."

Sophie: "Perhaps. but..."

Lord Clarendale: "My dearest Sophie, we will be safe in Clarence House, no one will know we are there."

Sophie: "Do you promise? Everyone will believe that we are all still here? What of Lady Princess Mary?"

Lord Clarendale: "She need not know, no one will know. and we will be safe."

The older man walked forward and held Princesse Sophie's beautiful young face in his large and strong hands, hands of a nobleman and a gentleman. He bent down a little and kissed the princesse's cheeks softly and pulled back looking at her. Sophie blushed a kill, Lord Clarendale was a charming man, and she found that as one thing she liked.

Lord Clarendale: " I promise."

"Damn it!"

The Lady Princess Mary cursed in a very un-lady like way for a princess. She had just read the message fro, Tsarina Catherina III of the Russo-Byzantine Empire and she felt angered and over all terrible. The 18 year old Lady Princess was quickly losing control of her nation and that was becoming dreadfully clear to the rest of the world. Her efforts to keep her failure to bring peace to the rioters a secret and pretend that she had everything under control had been all for not. The riots were spreading and the rest of the world was feeling anxious about it.

" Damn it, damn it, damn it!"

Lady Princess Mary repeated this again as she paced in front of Lord Dundee. She threw the piece of printed paper onto a chair. She found it increasingly embarrassing that others believed that she needed help, and even worse, in fact she did need the help.

" Damn it, damn it, damn it!"

She finally stopped and put her hands on her hips looking to Lord Dundee. She sighed exasperated. Lord Dundee, sitting down sighing as well looked up to his young female sovereign in a mixture of pity and disappointment and annoyance.

"Are you done?"

"Yes, now I am Lord Dundee."

"So, now that you are calmer, shall we have to communicate to the Tsarina that we wish for the 5,000 commandos?"

"No! Not, not yet."

Lord Dundee stood up throwing his hands into the air. He found that Lady Princess Mary's own ego and selfishness would very well be the end of them all. She wished to preserve face. Lord Dundee was a military man and new that they needed help, with the hundreds dying in Glasgow and the riots growing ever worse, The Army wouldn't be able to control the entire country for every long. Foreign help was perhaps what was needed. But Lady Princess Mary wished for everyone to think that she had things under control. She was delusional, thinking that she all alone would turn the tide of the rising crisis and save the day. Lord Dundee blamed Mary's father for causing her to have this crusade.

"Your Royal Highness, you must accept the Tsarina's offer."

"I don't have to Lord Dundee. I will reply to the Tsarina. But I will not have the world think of me as, as "

"As what?"

"As desperate! That I am a girl who can't control something her father would have handled with ease."

The Lady Princess slumped down into a chair and sighed deeply and completely defeated at the moment. Her only saving grace that she knew of to both get the help that she so desperately needed, without actually sounding desperate was to go through Parliament. Yes, yes she though, that would be her excuse. She quickly had a message sent to Tsarina Catherine III.

To: Tsarina Catherine III
From: Lady Princess Mary

I am quite pleased and thankful for your offer to help my poor adopted country in this time of struggles and danger. I personally believe that the foolish rioters, anarchists who stand against those of us such as you and me, among the civilized world, will be defeated. However this crisis is not one that can simply be wished away. Your 5,000 commandos would prove very helpful for beating back this traitorous mob in Glasgow. However I must first consult with the nation's Parliament. I shall then again reply to you as soon as possible.

The princesses of Scotland, along with their brothers, the princes of Scotland, having separately packed their things at Sophie's command and Lord Clarendale having sent the trunks and bags to Clarence House ahead of time, snuck out of the royal household in the early morning. The royal family, incognito in black, walked five blocks from the Caranden House to the Clarence House. Princesse Sophie thought how interesting it was that there were so many C's in her life. Sophie lead the group of royals, dressed in a simple and unfashionable black dress and long black coat to protect her against the cold winds that were plaguing the city as winter grew closer and closer.

The streets of Edinburgh's Old town appeared to be completely empty of all sorts of people, something that Sophie was happy about as no one would see them. In her arms she carried 4 year old Katie Clarendale, the daughter of Lord Clarendale and soon to be Sophie's stepdaughter. Katie sucked her thumb while her father walked behind them, holding hands with the young Affie and Leopold, followed in turn by the sisters Adelaide and Annabella, the later who held on to their youngest sister, Margot. As they walked, Adelaide, still bitter at the fact that they were not fleeing Scotland for the safety of Switzerland remarked about the emptiness.

Adelaide: "Perhaps everyone with some degree of sense has fled the city."

Sophie: "Adelaide, shush, we must get to Clarence House."

Image

The black adorned brothers and sisters and the two Clarendales turned a corner into a prestigious neighborhood of Haffiefield, home of Lord Clarendale's Clarence House. It was a pretty brick house that Sophie found quite suitable for their needs and it was more than large enough to fit all of them. As they crossed the street, only Prince Leopold dare speak up, and it was to complain of having to use the restroom. Sophie promised him he could use it once they were inside safely. She started to walk to the steps that lead up to the door of the Clarence House, but Lord Clarendale stopped her and gently grasped onto her elbow, pulling her back. Inside they went to the side of the house, going down a thin alley and entered the house of refuge there through a servants door.

Onboard the NTS Thunder the crew receive orders from Infinity. The situation in Scotland was developing and there wasn't much clear Intel on the situation. The carrier had received orders to observe the situation and gain Intel on the situation.

On the flight deck 2 patriot drones were preparing for launch. They had been equipped with a recon module which included advanced sensors and cameras, a classified listening device, and am EMP weapon if they need to engage while keeping it non lethal. The crew also added an extra energy storage for increased loitering time.

The drones were lines up and then launched. They gained altitude and headed towards Glasgow where the heat was most intense. Both Drones were stealth and capable of evading most advanced radar systems.

We would like to request more Intel on the situation. We are here only to gain information so that we can respond to this event. We are considering this an Intel black hole and any update you can provide would be helpful. We would also like to notify you that 2 drone have been deployed and are enroute to Glasgow. Neither will be armed but they will be there to track the crowd and observe the surrounding area."

The message was actually sent from a North Timerian Intel station in the Swiss Alps. They would now actively monitor data from Nor the Scotland.

United States of Conner Armed Forces Command - Hyperion

Bickering filled the air.

"There is no way we can send in a discrete force without letting Europe and the CDV know what we're doing!"

"Bollocks. Ascension Base is about 700 miles from Scotland. Flying forces in would take a couple of hours, tops."

"Ascension is a navy base! SWORD troopers there would attract attention for sure."

"Not if the CDV didn't-"

The room suddenly quieted as a procession of suits walked in, President Joshua Swanner, also known as Conner Boehm, in the middle.

"Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I've cancelled my golf round this morning to hear this. What's going on?"

As this was his sector of the world, Strategos Three of the Strategoi Council stood and cleared his throat.

"Sir, on September 10th, riots broke out in the city of Glasgow. Rioters broke into the city hall and killed multiple officials before looting the place. Riots have spread out across the nation. It is unknown which nations supports which sides, but the EW division is looking into communications from multiple smaller nations. North Timeria has also taken a few actions, outlined here." Three slid a folder across the table. Swanner read as Three continued.

"The revolutionaries seem quite bloodthirsty, and have been seen marching down streets with, as odd as this may seem, a head on a pole."

Swanner took the situation in. "Alright. First things first. We obviously want to topple the monarchy of Scotland, but I doubt these people can be trusted to lead a stable government. Have one of our people inside Scotland get a message to whoever is in charge of this revolt. Find out who he is, where he comes from, what he wants, what makes him tick. From there, we can work towards changing the revolt, and maybe plant some people within the leadership. SWORD operators will probably figure in at some point in that plan. Meeting adjourned, keep me updated."

The army of suits stood and walked out of the room as Strategos Three began to compose orders over a secure line to Connerian agents in cities such as Glasgow, Edinburgh, Ayr, and Dumfries. Their orders: find who was in charge of this revolt, and see if they could get close to him.
Guns are tools, not toys.

Sepetember 23, 2058

Causantín Eilloit-Eli Wallais was as proclaimed by the radical and unruly mob of people marching through the streets of Glasgow elected Head of the Clans. The man was no gentleman, nolawyer or religious figure as many other revolutionary leaders had been before him. No, he was none of these things. He did of course believe in the basic principles of democracy, but more than anything he had a bloodthirsty desire to end the system that had,in his opinion enslaved him for years.

Causantín Wallais as the Head of the Clans, the clans being the three main groups of people leading the revolution, the rioters of Glasgow calling themselves the Wallais Clan, or Sons of Wallais, there were the growing numbers of the Laucbache Clan, lead by Herald Laucbache, who was second in command to Causantín, and then there was the Blouciatien Clan, which was most women craving for blood in the docks of Woserw.

With the power of at the very least, a force of 85,000 people, Causantín Wallais began a style of destruction in Glasgow that terrifyingly resemble the Reign of Terror. The upper class ran for their lives, but it was no use, for they were all captured. And then murdered. The angry crowds were hungry and bloodthirsty, and Wallais, deemed the strongest among them lead them in whatever why he thought was needed at the moment. With the days between the 12th of September, 1,200 people had been murdered by the hands of the Wallais Clan.

September 24, 2058

As the Head of the Clans, and the Wallais Clan, Causantín Wallais took a mistress, Cassandra Griffin. This was important merely for the fact that Cassandra was an informat and knew one person of interest for the revolution.

His name was Donold Mackenzie, a Scotsman who was secretly an agent of the Connerians, whom Wallais found as a distant country that whilst a democracy, acted in a way that was almost completely undemocractic, an oligarchy of pompous ministers who bickered over the simplest things.

Mackenzie, with the help of Cassandra, gathered information on the Head of the Clans and sent it back to the Connerian Government, a large man with a lust for blood, a originally from the Highlands, supposedly the village of Hedgeshire. Wallais, in Mackenzie's words, "Wishes for a democratic country unlike any other with direct ruling of the people with the collected anarchy of the mob and the iron fist of tyrants and will stop at nothing to gain it."

As the revolution spread across the western part of the kingdom, the death toll grew and grew. In Worsew, the woman, brutes like Russlandian woman, killed their male bossesand lynched their more feminine counterparts, a death toll of 550. Meanwhile the Scottish Navy had moved a destroyer into the harbor and held the ships of Worsew under lock and key, but feared to advance any further for causing outrage and more death.

In Agyrll 203 people were dead, the rioters killing both each other and innocents as things continued to grow more and more out of control. Wallais was informed of all this from the revolutionary headquarters in Glasgow.

Even in Glasgow, Wallais however was facing trouble, the entire city's police force was besieged inside the city hall along with the politicians and smart people who had quickly run to there when the revolution had started. Though now as the city grew more and more under the control of the revolutionaries and the mobs themselves, it seemed not so much like a smart choice.the Police Chief, Adophlous MacGriffim and his son, Duncan, were able to send a telegram to the Governmentfor help before communication was lost.

The rioters had destroyed everything in the center part of the city and they seem not to rest, always somewhere they were raiding or looting or murdering. They ripped foreign owned shops apart and broke into banks and killed the owners, or the managers as the tellers joined them. It was all chaos

The drones watched the chaos from the sky. The mob was ruthless and bloodthirsty. The Navy watched as they slaughtered, unable to do anything about it. Capt. Silva was shocked "We have to report this back to command... Do you we have any ground assets?"
An enlisted soldier ran through a computer folder. He searched and gathered up a few things after getting clearance from his commanding officer. Sir... We have 3 active TIA agents, an ANBU team, and diplomatic staff but they are requesting an immediate evacuation. They say there is no way they could safely make it to the airport." The Captain immediately grabbed the phone.

The embassy staff had requested assistance over 20 hours ago and no one had said anything. The captain called for the MOFO team currently aboard the ship. They would have to go in and rescue the embassy staff. The staff hadn't made contact in over 15 hours. "Moved the drone over the embassy I want some Intel now!"

On the deck the Marine Special Operators were loaded into a V-61n. And took off towards the embassy, the V-61n was a VTOL aircraft capable of speeds over 600 MPH. Each marine was also armed and ready, the mob was clearly violent and the marines weren't going to take a chance.

In Infinity the President had seen what the mob was really doing. They weren't fighting for democracy, the President saw them as a bunch of bloodthirsty thugs. He watched drone footage and shook his head. "Contact the USC... I'm sure they have plenty of Intel on this."

We have been observing the situation in Scotland and we know it's bad... But we are lacking in Intel. The President would like to request as much Intel that you have on the situation. This is a formal request that will be used for imminent diplomatic and tactical military operations.

With the September Massacres, as Lord Dundee had coined them, unknowingly to the revolutionaries of course, dying down finally, their savagous and startling leader, Causantín Wallais took a radical turn that would likely prove dangerous for the Scottish Government. All suddenly everything died down. Wallais ordered his people to stop the senseless violence. Instead he told them to gather in Glasgow to figure out the future of the nation under a revolutionary new banner

A new pair of Patriot drones now watched over Glasgow. The situation was still critical. The embassy staff had been evacuated but the navy continued to watch. After a few weeks of heavy recon the navy along with other branches had managed to gather a fair amount of Intel on the situation. They had an identified the leader as Causantín Wallais. He was an average man that took advantage of a situation. They had been spying for months and important Intel had come through. Wallais was calling for a gathering in Glasgow.

At Valencia AFB is Espana Olympian special forces loaded onto a U-7 transport plane. They were headed towards Glasgow to conduct recon operations on the ground. If the heads of the revolution were going to be there the military wanted to be prepared. 20 Olympians had been assigned to the mission;more than usual. The stealth aircraft took off and headed towards Glasgow.

The transport plane stayed in international airspace flying around Ireland and into the North Channel. The U-7 briefly entered Scotland airspace to drop the Olympians. After all were off the transport took a sharp turn to head back. The Olympians used an advanced wing suit to get closer to their target. They would get in closer and open their parachutes under the cover of darkness.

They approached the outskirts of Glasgow and opened their chutes. Once they landed the Captain syned up with the drone to find the meeting area.

To: Princess Mary, cc the Revolutionaries in Glasgow
From: Tsarina Catherine III
We respect your rescission, however we also ask that you get back to us as quickly as possible on this matter. E situation in your country appears to be continuously deteriorating, and what's worse, the rebels are getting better and better organized. You must act now, before it becomes impossible to successfully act. If your government falls, we will intervene fully in Northe Scotland to restore it to power. Please understand that we cannot have a state lead by such an unruly government. As such, we would highly recommend that you accept our offer. The Spetznaz are loyal to monarchy to a fault, and are highly trained. 3 of them have been known to take out tanks before; I can assure you that they will have no problems whatsoever with the rioters.

With the growing cold of the coming winter, and the already bleak and seemingly bleaker situation going on, Lady Princess Mary, seeing that she now at this point in the world had no choice had to do one thing she dreaded. The Lady Princess Mary would have to go and speak directly to parliament, a task that she completely deplored. Parliament was lead by the elderly Duke of Norfolk and the Privy Council which lead the Scottish Parliament where all half blind and stubborn people. Meanwhile he House of Lords and smaller radical House of Commons hated each other and over all it was all terrible.

Lady Princess and Lord Dundee, whom the 18 year old Mary relied heavily on and would have preferred to to have as her chief minister rather than the octogenarian Prime Minister Norfolk. The commander-in-chief and the Lady Princess of Scotland, riding incognito as to avoid drawing attention to themselves from ether the loyalist or even potential revolutionaries. They arrived at the beautiful in design Parliament and home of all the vile posions of politics in Scotland. Lady Princess Mary, wearing a simple Deritain style, but simple blue and black dress and prepared to speak.

Parliament was, in shot, a mad house. As the Lady Princess and Lord Dundee entered the room of which that enter Parliament was meeting, the Privy Council, and both the Upper and Lower Houses. In total, there were 385 members of the Parliament of Scots. there were 12 members of the Privy Council and there were 212 of the House of Lords and 160 in the House of Commons, and then there was the Prime Minister, the 89 year old Duke of Norfolk

There was, as there had been for the last month, a debate over every issue that faced the kingdom. In Glasgow, Wallais was becoming more and more of a danger to the stability of the country. It was only a matter of time before the rebellious people carried out a planned attack and then it would be far too late to contain it. One man stood up over the murmur of the parliament, a man in his middle ages, Lord Gladstone.

Lord Gladstone: "We must attack now!'

This statement was followed by the 35 year old Lord Banning.

Lord Banning: "No! We must neogiate with the rebels!"

Lord Tensan: "I say we assassinate Wallais!"

Lord Gladstone: "Kill the Revolutionaries!"

Lord David: "Join the Revolutionaries!"

Lady Memrose: Shut up David!"

a man and woman in the right wing of the grand room, on a balcony above the main floor, David and Memrose spat at each other angrily, throwing papers at each other.

Lord David: "Wallais should be president!"

Lady Memrose: "That's a ridiculous notion!"

Lord Gladstone: " We don't have a President!"

Meanwhile the rest of the already loud and chaotic Parliament started to yell out their opinions on the various ways to solve matters and in their own bent point of view and thinking way on how to end the growing crisis.

Lord Palmerston: "Raise the Army!"

The 83 year old Lord Palmerston, the Duke of Ayr and the third oldest member of the House of Lords yelled. He was a large and old wrinkly man who had over the many many years that he had lived had become half blind, seeing the world through a cloudy fog and was now hard of hearing. He was known for often calling "who? who?' at mention of various names that he couldn't hear quite that well. He swung around, his cane in hand, almost hitting Lord Canpel.

Lord Canpel: "What the Hell! Watch it you bloody fool!"

Lord Palmerston: "Huh?'

The Lady Princess Mary stared in shock as she looked around at the utter madness that had befallen the Scottish Parliament. It's entire sense of was dominated by arguing and yelling. The eldest daughter of Charles II & III cleared her voice.

"Excuse me, ladies and gentlemen, may I have your attention please?"

Had the Parliament members heard her, they probably would have stopped and bowed to the Lady Princess, but with all the noise going on, one could really hear Mary and al the craziness continued.

Lord Palmerston, turning around and swinging his cane looked for the person who had been talking. His cane flew in an arc through the air hitting the sitting Lord Barnaby in the back of the head, knocking the poor man out cold.

Lord Canpel: "Lord Barnaby!"

Lord Palmerston: "Who? Who?"

Meanwhile, Mr. Ferston, one of the many middle aged and untitled members of Parliament seeking to get rid of the tedious and slow to respond elders, was yelling furiously and desperately at the old Prime Minister.

Ferston: "We must raise the army and prepare an attack!"

PM Norfolk: "Order! Order!"

Ferston: "This isn't a courthouse! Stop banging that gavel!"

Lady Memrose: "Shut up David!"

Lord David: "Wallais for Pres!"

Lord Palmerston: "Who? Who?"

Lord Gladstone: "Kill the revolutionaries!"

The mania and overall absurdity of it all continued to shout and yell and attempt to over talk their opponents and peers. Meanwhile, the Duke of Norfolk was straightening his ceremonial powdered wig and continued to bang on a gavel, a gavel with was unknown to anyone of where it had come from. The room was covered in a blizzard of pens and papers as the politicians lost control of themselves.

Lord Darny: "Lord Cansberth! Give me back my papers."

Lord Cansberth: "Are these papers of the enemy?"

Lord Darny: "What?"

Lord Cansberth: "Traitorous swine!"

Lord Darny: "We are on the same party! I am your nephew-in-law."

Lord Edwen: "The King must return to Scots!"

Lord David: "Yes!"

Lord Ronthanburgh: "So he can die!"

Mr. Trenton: "Shut up David!"

Lord Palmerston: "Who? Who?"

Lord Kenney: "Kill the Queen!"

Ms. Glennson: "We don't have a Queen you idiot!"

Lord Kenney: "Fine a girl, make her queen, kill the Queen. Duh."

Lord Gladstone: "Your Idiots!"

Lord Benneth: "Mother was right! I hate politics!"

Lady Samcerster: "You should have been a pharmacist Benneth."

Lord Palmerston: "who? Who?"

The Olympian team moved landed and quickly regrouped. "This is Stormwalker 1-1. We are in position and moving towards over watch positions." The team moved under the cover of darkness into the city. Using the drone the squad tried to locate where the meeting would be held. The team moved in deeper and eventual reached an abandoned building. They setup to stay there until the drone located the area. They were to hide in secret, if they were exposed the entire operation could be compromised.

OOC: This is assuming what was posted in the news network is canon.
IC:
"...and that, your Imperial Majesty, is the current state of affairs in Northe Scotland." Chief of the army Vladimir Masorin set the report down on the table.
Tsarina Catherine III slammed her fist down on the table. "My goodness. When the ambassador told me that the Scottish Parliament was useless, they really weren't kidding."
"So," Masorin asked, "what do you want me to do about it?"
"Our first priority is to protect the Princess. She is the only thing holding Scotland together." the Empress responded. "All other objectives must be secondary. How soon can you have the Spetznaz in Scotland?"
"Relatively six hours," came the reply.
"Good. I want the Empress's Own on the case; they have been dying for Revolutionaries to kill."
With that, the meeting was adjourned.
To: Princess Regent Mary
From: Tsarina Catherine III
While we have been so far respecting your decision to let Parliament decide if you will accept our help, it has come to our attention that Parliament has been incapacitated. Thus, we are sending the Spetznaz to your castle to come to your rescue. If you do not want their help for some ungodly reason they will turn around, but it will be your funeral. They will arrive in six hours. I highly suggest that you accept their help. They are good soldiers, and they will crush the rebels; this, I promise.

"Sir our base in Switzerland just intercepted a message. The Russo-Byzantine Empire will be deploying Spetznaz to Scotland... It directly states that they will crush the rebels." The Captain analyzed the situation "We can't have them going in and making a mess. If they send those troops Scotland will become a mess... Deploy fighters to intercept anything that come close."

On the flight deck YZX fighter were prepping to take off along with Delphinus attack aircraft. They didn't know how the troops would attack but they would be ready. They would warn them first but they wouldn't allow anything crazy to happen
