I am here to speak to you today about The Ivrian people, our history and a bigotry which existed long before my nation came into existence: Anti-Ivrianism. We Ivrians are a ethno-religious group, a Judaic tribe, originally nomads we resided in near every nation on earth. That was until *his voice begins to shake before clears his throat*, the Ivrian genocide took place.

Ivrians were stereotyped as interlopers in their respective nations and in world affairs, mocked for their colour and customs, barred from professions and certain neighbourhoods in those nations. This then led to bigots attacking Ivrian neighbourhoods in their countries armed with whatever domestic or other tools they had.

One in five of us, never got to see the free land of Ivri, *his voice trembles* I only wish...that my uncle had *he composes himself again*. However just because Ivrians can live free in Ivri, it does not mean they are free elsewhere in the world, that is why I am asking if it is possible to secure a resolution against this murderous bigotry."

b ) All inhabitants of member states are entitled to rights secured to them in international law and the law of the nation they inhabit or in which they are currently present.

c ) All inhabitants of member states have the right not to be and indeed must not be discriminated against on grounds including sex, race, ethnicity, nationality, skin color, language, economic or cultural background, physical or mental disability or condition, religion or belief system, sexual orientation or sexual identity, or any other arbitrarily assigned and reductive categorisation which may be used for the purposes of discrimination, except for compelling practical purposes, such as hiring only female staff to work with battered women who have sought refuge from their abusers.

What out-of-date terminology? Please elaborate. In any case, the following two clauses cover literally everyone.

Well the term ethnoreligious covers groups who's customs and traditions are defined by the tribe to which they belong, so the ethnicity and the faith are part of the package. If say an Ivrian was discriminated the perpetrator could say "it was criticism of the individual, and that their is no legal basis for which you can do anything, as ethnoreligous bigotry is not covered."

Yes Ethnicity is, Yes religion is, but a racial tribe with inherent religious traditions? No, thus leaving a loophole to be abused

No, you don't understand. Read the following excerpt of CoCR.

a ) All inhabitants of member states are equal in status in law and under its actions, and have the right to equal treatment and protection by the nation they inhabit or in which they are currently present.

b ) All inhabitants of member states are entitled to rights secured to them in international law and the law of the nation they inhabit or in which they are currently present.

That's all inhabitants of Member State, Gay, Black, Green, Scottish, Coptic, Aztec, Mayan, what-have-you, all are covered under that clause.

But i'm saying ethnoreligous groups are a category in themselves, because of the unique nature of them, plus if it is necessary to describe categories in section C why cant this category. I can see you and I may differ on this issue, but I believe the unique nature of this category has to be included under protection of the law as others have.

The categorical description is entirely redundant and serves only to provide context for the above clauses. Clause A clearly states that all inhabitants of Member States are included.
