You awake with a start and look about the darkness.
You are scared, don't know where you are, or why you are here.... The last thing you remember is being abducted on your way home from school...
A light appears, a door opens and a tall man steps through... He sits on his haunches in front of you...
"My my..." He says inquisitively. "This one will be interesting to watch."
The man taps your head, and you begin to lose consciousness. The last thing you remember hearing is...
"You will play the game. You know not of it's name, nor of it's rules, or even how to win.... But you will play it all the same..."

Welcome CAS to the endless forest! This will be a rather simple RP that will hopefully re-invigorate CAS' RP'ing spirit. In this RP you have but one goal....To survive. How you go about doing that is up to you, but in the endless forest many things lurk, and many challenges await all the new players. There will be random events, and the entirety of the forest is controlled by a nerve center in some unknown location. You must eat, drink, and fight for your survival at every turn. And most of all, you must find out who (If anyone) you can trust. Have fun, and try not to die to quickly.
Rules:
1. Don't god-mod, or try to defend your god-modding. You will be given one warning before your character will simply be murdered by an army of mutant beavers.
2. Post frequently, If you go for more then a few days without posting you will be warned, if you go for more then five days you will simply be ejected. Don't leave dialogues or storylines unattended for more then a day without a good reason.
3. You have one life, if you die, your out. You can't make new characters to replace ones that die, once the IC is up, the games have begun and there will be no new players.
4. You can be killed by other players, BUT! It has to make sense, and be run through the Game-Masters (Me and my mods) before any PVP can occur.
5. If you meet someone, and they randomly spear you, then that was your fault for being to trusting.
6. You start with nothing, and your skills will determine wither you can create your own tools, or have to scavenge for premade ones.
7. Eat, Sleep, Drink, you are not a god, don't act like one. Food will occasionally become scarce (To make things interesting) But for the most part if you have a weapon, you can hunt. Have a pot, you can boil water to drink.
8. You can and will level up if you survive various encounters, so keep track of your APP.
9. Oh, and Sir.... You are being hunted... (NPC's are a thing, and will be controlled by me and the other Game-Masters. Some of you will never meet one, some of you will be hunted down the entire game)
10. This is hard, deal with it. If everyone dies pretty quickly, we can always begin another game.
11. And lastly, because I am a self-promoting, egotistical prick, this game will have a few Easter eggs dedicated to red baron.
Copy and paste all that I have put for your app below. Rate all skills on a scale from 1-10 you have 45 points to spend on skills, delete all in parenthesis (except the skill descriptions, you actually want to keep those).
APP:
Name:
Age (No older then 18, no younger then 12):
Gender:
Physical description (Pictures people... It isn't hard...):
Bio (Optional, but don't bother unless you plan on telling us a good, long story.):
Skills:
Survival Skill :
(How much you know about the woods, affects your ability to craft equipment, along with how fast it takes you to process animals. Also effects sneaking, and your ability to repair things.)
Reaction Time:
(This plays a huge part in the game. This allows for better combat, hunting, and quick thinking)
Intelligence:
(This skill effects how smart your character is. This will help you craft better equipment if paired with a high survival skill. It also affects wither or not you can use some of the things you can find in the game. Increases how fast you can gain skills)
Perception:
(The higher this skill, the more things you will notice around you, and the harder it will be to sneak up on you.)
Strength:
(Allows for you to carry more things, pick up heavier things, and kick someone's ass. Pretty self explanatory)
Charisma:
(Not every NPC will attempt to kill you, as some of them will be random players that the RP'ers will meet. You want to get a gang together? Raise this skill.)
Sixth Sense:
(This RP is not entirely realistic. There will be paranormal items and occurrences in the forest. Higher your Sixth Sense is, the better you can detect, and fight these things. If very high, you may also be able to learn some of the "Magic" that the paranormal entities use, and use some items in the game that are not otherwise useable.)
