Where is the horse gone? Where the warrior?
Where is the treasure-giver? Where are the seats at the feast?
Where are the revels in the hall?
Alas for the bright cup! Alas for the mailed warrior!
Alas for the splendour of the prince!
How that time has passed away, dark under the cover of night, as if it never were.

August 23rd, Saxtonberg, Nova Capile
This was it. After almost five years of exploration, charting, territorial disputes, and preparation, Friedrich Von Holtz, esteemed Capilean adventurer and Col., was leading a convoy of 3,000 settlers and 300 soldiers to the newly Capilean claimed Congo. Behind him were many more. Their task was simple. Eliminate any tribal resistance with the heavy equipment they had brought(flamethrowers, machine guns, ect.), and set up a colonial trading post. Overall 15,000 settlers and 6,000 soldiers had been sent to the Congo, Somilia, and Ethiopia, all new colonies. The Capileans were also aware the Toloria had colonized part of Northern Africa. They didn't pose much of a threat to Capilean interests now, but they were fairly close. Nova Capile had heavily invested in the expedition, and the stakes were high.

Backstory

Postby Tolorian Empire » Sun Aug 23, 2015 3:38 pm

July 23,2014
The Tolorian government came up with an idea to expand its power. They thought to send citizens to the continent of Africa to create colonies.
They gathered an expeditionary force of 1,000 citizens with 500 soldiers and sent them to Africa. Africa was a land that had not been colonized and was ruled by tribes. They landed in the country of Tunisia and built a settlement. This settlement grew to about 3,000 citizens when they decided to explore the rest of Tunisia. The expedition force, led by Abu Afrika, explored around their settlement. They found a couple of native tribes. Abu asked them to come under Tolorian control, in return for protection from other countries and told them they could live in peace. All of these leaders accepted peacefully.
After the first successful colonization, Emperor Frederick II created another expeditionary force with 7,000 citizens and 4,000 soldiers and sent them west of Tunisia into Algeria. They landed on Algeria and saw that Algeria had a backwards government. The expedition leader went to the leader of the Algerian government and requested they had come under Tolorian control. They promised that the Tolorian government would help with the current situation and give them protection. The leader had declined but his advisors insisted that he accept. After a couple of weeks of the leader declining Toloria's offer, the expeditionary leader, along with the Algerian leader's advisors, executed a military coup which took the Algerian leader out of power and established a Tolorian government. The colonists built 3 colonies after their safety was secured. The natives and colonists had integrated well in both countries.
Before the first colonists arrived, the Libyan dictatorship had been running rampant and had been conquering most of Northern Africa. They had been fighting a war against the Tunisians. When the colonists arrived, they halted their advance into Tunisia, and had scouted the colonists. After a while, they continued their advance. The Tunisian tribes had requested help to fight against the Libyan government, which the Tolorian government had promised. The Tolorians agreed to help as long as 50% of the force was made up of natives. The Tolorian military was about 20,000 men strong when they launched an offensive against the Libyan government. "We may also be a dictatorship, but we are not cruel to our own people," said Emperor Frederick II. The offensive was launched and so far has been a success. As of now, Toloria controls 50% of Libyan territory. Emperor Frederick II has sent 20,000 troops, 20 Abrams tanks, 10 attack helicopters, and 10 bombers to assist the depleting army in Libya, which is down to about 5,000. The assisting force will should arrive in a couple of days, while the current force fights to hold the land which they fought for. The Libyan dictator declared he will fight until death. For the moment, the Tolorian army in Libya is outmanned and outgunned, but they hope they can hold the line until the reserves arrive.

Duke's Throne Room, Royal Palace, Saxtonberg
Duke Hans Wilhelm XVII sat rather bored on his throne. He was thinking about the vast colonial expansion of the Duchy. Today immigration was opened from Nova Capile to it's colonies, and almost 25,000 people had bought tickets to the new land. Suddenly his herald stepped into the room. "My liege, your military advisor Lord Von Dorf," he announced rather unenthusiastically, before opening the great oak doors. The rather short, nervous looking Von Dorf crossed the room and bowed to the Duke, before standing up. "Grand Duke, we have urgent news. The Tolorians have invaded Libya.""What!!!" the Duke practically screamed at the diminutive man. He melted under the Duke's glare. Hans was a very tall, intimidating man, descended from ancient Prussian kings. "Sir, they are making progress against the weak native armies, using tanks and planes to-""I want you to get those natives some real military support immediately. Make sure they don't who is sending the equipment. Wipe off all the logos and flags on them." "Yes, my liege." "If the Tolorians think they're gonna get Libya handed to them on a silver platter, they thought wrong."

Within the next few days dozens of Capilean cargo planes sent supplies such as tanks, fighters, modern machine guns, flamethrowers, anti-tank weapons, and AFVs to the Libyan army, as well as opened negotiations with the leader of Libya, telling him that no one but him was to know were the supplies were coming from. Capile also sent 100 military advisors to train the Libyan army and tech them how to use modern weapons. Like the Duke said, the Tolorians would not receive the Sultan(of Libya)'s head on a silver platter.

Hello, we have noticed that you have started to colonize the continent of Africa like we have. We hope your colonization efforts are successful. I would like to request a non-aggression pact between our two great nations. Soon our great nations will colonize most of Africa. As we colonize we will most likely run into each other. We do not want to enter into a war against you. We would also like to open trade talks and see if we can get a deal done. We are here to build new colonies in Africa, while protecting the interests of the natives. We are sure you are here for the same reasons.
Signed,
Benjamin Patterson, Minister of Foreign Affairs

After much thought, we have agreed to your treaty of nonaggression. We would very much like to open trade talks with your nation. Perhaps a Capilean ambassador could visit your capital. Thank you for your goodwill, and we are sure that our two nations will work together to build a strong empire for both our peoples.

"This further complicates our situation in Libya." The Duke sighed heavily. "After the shipments we already sent arrive, cut off military supplies to, but provide economic aid to the Libyans.""Yes sire. Your decision is wise."

Our ambassador, Crown Prince Klaus Von Lufftenwaffen will arrive in three days time at your capitol. We do hope our talks will be successful and improve relations between our great empires.

Meanwhile, in the colony of Capilean Ethiopia, the locals had been violently objecting the Duchy's rule, using spears and bows and arrows to slaughter the inhabitants of a Capilean town. In response, thousands of natives in Ethiopia are massacred, whole Ethiopian villages destroyed with flamethrowers and tanks.

The reserve army arrives in Libya. They marched straight for the front lines. When they got their they heard serious news.
Private: "Sir, for most of this war we've been able to push back the Libyans with ease. But in our last battle, they were different. They were quicker, smarter, more dangerous. They also had some aircraft, tanks, and some flamethrowers. Our initial reports said they had nothing more than some rifles and maybe a couple of tanks. Either they were waiting to use this as a last resort or someone has been supplying them with weapons."
Commanding officer: *disgusted face* "Maybe they have an alliance we don't know about. New order...we hold the line. No more attacks. I'll contact the Emperor and have him send us some more weapons. Until then, I want everyone on their toes, always keep someone on watch, and make sure they sleep with their rifles. We're going to have to dig in and wait for reinforcements."

To: Emperor Frederick Tolor II
From: General Lou Cormack
The Libyan government has gotten more, advanced supplies. I request that we have more troops and equipment sent our way so we can continue the offensive. Until then, we are going to dig in and hold the line.
In the name of the Emperor,
General Lou Cormack

July 23rd
al-Gwei'iyyah, Bankampar
79 Dutchess Ave., Knesset Building

Prime Minister Harel stood in the conference room with three of his closest advisors. They had been discussing a move into Africa for hours.

Mossad director Tamir Pardo stood up. "Sir, I say we send in a force to take control of the Capital of Egypt."

Harel sighed. "Tamir, how do you suppose we send enough men in to Cairo to take it over, today? Please enlighten me.

"Mr. Prime Minister, I did not mean the whole city. I propose we send in a contingent of Tier One forces by helicopter. We'll use ECM to jam any Air to Air Batteries. We'll send 24 men in, Eight Mossad, Eight Sayerat Matkal, and Eight Shayetet 13. After they have established control of the government building, we'll send in more troops. We'll have planes on station for Close Air Support should Egyptian Forces try to repel the assault, sir."

"What about these other countries colonizing, Mr. Director?" Harel said.

Pardo pulled out a folder with satellite images. "Sir, we've had reports that the natives in Libya have finally had a victory. What do you propose?"

"Well, I suppose we could go for more land. Our Military prowess, in my opinion outranks any of these other countries, and the land on this continent is definitely worth it. The resources in this land could turn our nation into an economic juggernaut." The Prime Minister took a breathe. "Prepare the 5th Fleet for action, and prep those Spec Op boys for insertion. And I want the Ha'patashim to start a bombing campaign on the colonizing forces in Libya. They should be able to inflict catastrophic amounts of casualties on their first run, because they are expecting Africans with sticks, not elite fighter pilots. This is happening today, but Tamir, I want A-10's and JAS-39's on station in Cairo until the Fleet Arrives."

Pardo nodded, and the advisors left the room.

OOC: Keep in mind that even North-African countries have been deprived of technology in this timeline, so the most modern tech they would have is probably early WW1, without machine guns, aviation, or artillery(at the very best their army would be Napoleoinic, although significantly better than other countries(which still use swords and spears).

No offense, but Africa was a dumping ground for old Soviet tech, meaning a lot of African Warlords were able to get their hands on weapons like Kalashnikov's, RPD's, RPK's, RPG's. i.e Somalia. WWI is definitely not an accurate depiction of African forces at this time. Especially in Egypt, and Libya.

Palace, Tolor City

Emperor Frederick II: "Bring me General Toshi!"

*Toshi walks in*

General: "You asked for me?"

Emperor: "Yes, I just received a telegram from the leading officer in Africa. He has said that the Libyans have been supplied by an unknown source. Basically, that means we're at a disadvantage right now because we're now the ones that are under-supplied."

General: "Let me read this... This is impossible. Our reports told us they had some rifles and a small amount of tanks. How could this be? What would you have me do?"

Emperor: "I want you to get an army down there. A REAL army. Once we crush this Libyan resistance, I have plans to gain more territory in Africa."

General: "Lets see. We can get 50,000 more troops, 100 anti-tank weapons, 50 more tanks, 40 more attack helicopters, and 10 destroyers there. It'll take a couple of days though, is that okay?"

Emperor: "That's fine. Just make sure they get there. And make sure I don't lose any of my territory!!"

It might take more than a few days to get there. That's a lot of men and equipment. Not trying to be snobby, I'm just trying to help everyone get better at roleplaying. Sorry if I sound rude.

July 23rd
The airfield was hectic. This news had come so quickly that the men had to prepare very quickly. Commander Boris Katz was in charge of this Op. He's a Sayeret Matkal veteran, having participated in many wars and black operations over the years. The CH-46 'Sea Stallion' was ten miles outside of Cairo.

The Commander whistled loudly, and began to speak; "Alright men, we all know the objective, and we all know our distaste for Egypt. Everyone check weapons and ammo, make sure you have water, because we're going to be in no mans land. When we land on the roof, I want everyone to silence your weapons. The only way this mission is a success to me, is if we complete it with no KIA's. Am I understood?" He said, commanding the mens' respect.

"Hooah!" Was heard, unanimously.

By this time they were thirty seconds from the target building, and had not yet received any gunfire.

"Ok let's get ready to do this!" Katz yelled.

All of the operators stood up. The S'13, and Sayeret Matkal were dressed in all black fatigues and were carrying K Ak-5's from Karlberg, while the Mossad operators were dressed as members of the Mujahadeen so as to be able to run Covert Operations in the city.

The pilot hovered the chopper a few feet from the roof and yelled "Go, go, go!"

The men jumped onto the roof in a single file line, landing on the roof and getting into firing position to cover the remaining soldiers. The soldiers utilize throat mics so as to be able to communicate clearly, while only whispering.

The Helicopter took off immediately, headed back to The Fleet which was due to set sail from harbor in the morning.

"Suppress your weapons." Katz said, almost silently. "S'13 Guys, I want you to stay on the roof and watch for any reinforcements."

The Shayetet soldiers nodded and took up firing positions on the rooftop.

"Mossad, rope down to the ground level and find a safehouse in the city. Keep in contact."

"Yes, commander." One of them said, and they began to rappel down to the ground, one by one.

Katz moved to the door, silently. He opened it quietly and led the Sayeret Operators down stairs to the second floor. Katz grabbed a guard and covered his mouth, he slid his knife out and jammed it into his chest multiple times, letting the life leave his body before hiding him in the dark corner. They walked to a door which was supposed to be the barracks. There were two entrances. He pointed to two of his men and told them to stack up on the other day, and told the others to watch for enemies. "Breach on my mark. 3...2...1...Breach." Both teams opened the doors simultaneously. Eight Egyptian soldiers were inside, chatting, unsuspecting of the breach, and the operators quickly fired on all of the soldiers. Dropping them to the ground, dead. "Clear." One of the men said.

"Let's split up. Echo One, take the south hallway, we'll take the north. Echo Three, watch the stairway. Over."

"Affirmative."

Katz led his partner, Sergeant Williams (American Jew) down the hallway to what appeared to be an office. "Stack up." He said. Williams nodded and leaned up against the wall. He opened the door for Katz who stormed in, firing one bullet into the forehead of a man in a suit sitting at a desk. "Clear".

Echo One (Sgt. Major Riyadh, Cpl. Trudeaux) was moving down the south corridor, quickly and quietly. Riyadh pointed to an open doorway with two men having a conversation. He motioned for Trudeaux to stack up on the right side so as to not draw attention. He then motioned to breach. Both men unsheathed their pocket knives, and charged at one of the men in the office. They made sure to cover their mouth's before stabbing them to avoid making any sound. They put their knives away and left the office, moving back to the stairway to meet with Echo Two & Three.

They met the other two squads by the stairs. Katz whispered; "Any trouble?"

"We're perfect, sir."

Katz nodded. "Alpha Team, sitrep. Any reinforcements?"

Private Ya'kil answered the call; "None, sir. They have no idea what's going on."

"This is good. We're heading to clear out the 1st story." Then all eight of the men started moving down the stairs quietly. The First floor was a lot more open than the second was, a total of twelve Egyptian soldiers were spotted. The Commandos took up cover behind a book shelf. "Open fire." Katz said.

"Affirmative, opening fire."

The sound of dozens of suppressed bullets leaving the barrels of their weapons was heard, then an instant later, all of the enemies in the first story were on the ground, dead.

"Check the bodies, Katz said.

"Roger."

The soldiers went to go check the vitals of the enemies, maybe see if they had anything valuable on them.

Katz went to go and bar the door, blocking anyone from breaching from the outside. "TOC, this is Echo One Actual. We have secured the target. No casualties. Over."

The Director of the Mossad was on the other side of the radio. "Fantastic job, son. You've done the country a great service. Set up a defensive posture, the Egyptians are bound to figure out what has happened sooner or later. TOC Out."

The Empire of Arlestow wasan ambitious nation, famously so. In less than five years, the ruling family took control of all the German, Italian and Polish speaking lands in Europe, transforming the small Kingdom of Arlestow into one of the largest European powerhouses capable of almost any nation that dares go against it. And its ambition has finally grown onto another spectrum, the African continent was being colonised by rival powers and being left in the dust was something the Emperor refused to let happen.

Gathering all his generals and diplomats, they spent several days finding the best place to take over. The regions of Nigeria and Angola were chosen to host Arlestowian power overseas, and so on 12th of March 1924, a 120,000 man force was dispatched to the region of Nigeria where they were treated cautiously by the natives. A unit of 10,000 men was sent to each tribal region to enforce Arlestowian rule and using superior weaponry and tactics to suppress any native resistance, even burning down the houses and crops of anyone suspected of aiding resisting tribes. A 13-year long campaign of subjection against known dissidents followed, seizures of tribal land for white Arlestowians and the forced relocation of natives from valuable land. Over time, a city emerged from the first landing spot, called Ogalingo by the natives and Torzym by the colonisers. The city earned the nickname 'Empire's Jewel' because the architectural wonders of it was considered some of the best in the world.

After 20 years, the colonisation of Arlestowian Nigeria was considered a massive success with mining and farming bringing large amounts of profit into the Empire. Happy with the success, 30% of the native male population was conscripted into the Arlestowian Colonial Defence Force with the rest of the ranks being filled with the white immigrant population. The creation of the ACDF was to help stabilise the colonies and expand them, with the next goal being Angola. Knowing the Duchy of Nova Capile was expanding its influence in Africa, Arlestow was eager to limit the access it had to the sea so the region of Angola was selected specifically to take as much of the coastline as possible before Nova Capile got near the coast. However, the infamy Arlestow had gained in Nigeria had spread throughout Africa, with many being afraid of the Crowned Eagle flag. This reputation was something the Empire planned to exploit, first by sending small groups of men onto the Angolan coastline with flammable materials at night and setting fire to the lush coastline to scare the natives. The Burning of Angola was immortalised in a famous painting by Ernest Ragoski which highlighted the flames spreading throughout the forests while the Imperial Navy was anchored offshore to appear like devils to the locals. The painting is currently owned by Crown Prince Peter Dubrovski.

The trauma instilled by the fires led to most of the tribal leaders surrendering before Arlestowian forces even came ashore, leading to easier time conquering the region, while building roads and settlements for Arlestowians who immigrated while treating natives largely the same, slightly better, than those in Nigeria.

President Alvor Diersson read the reports. His re-election was coming and he needed to do something that his predecessors could not.

Succeed in a war.

However, the reason he was elected was because of the previous presidents mistakes. He entered a war that there was no gain in. If these reports were true there would be huge swaths of land ready to be conquered. He called up the Field-Marshal, Gustav Dirg.

"Yes,Sir?" The Man asked

"Gather up ATLEAST 50,00 men."

"Anything else,sir?"

"Give the ministers these telegrams."

Dirg read through the telegrams.

"Are you sure,sir?"

"Yes, Im sure."

One week later.....

Posters were all over the country. Recruitment posters, advertisements you name it. A stunning 200,000 people had bought tickets to this new world. 50,000 volunteers were already getting on the transport ships, ready to leave. 100 XB-15 aircraft were ready to be delivered to the new world.

The colonisation will soon begin...

About a week later

Postby Tolorian Empire » Mon Aug 24, 2015 6:01 pm

Beaches of Tunisia:
The 40 JMV-543 attack helicopters arrive to reinforce the defending Tolorian armies. They should be at the front lines in a couple of days.
The rest of the army should arrive in 4 days.
Front Lines in LIbya:
The Libyan army has recognized that it as an advantage over the Tolorian army. It has now has better weapons, more tanks, more aircraft and better training. They regroup and attack the northern part of Tolorian-controlled Libya. After 2 days of intense fighting, the Libyan army penetrates the Tolorian line, and they look to gain more ground before the second army of Toloria arrives. The defending Tolorian army starts fueling up its bombers, so they can lower rebel numbers, without actually going on the offensive. They arm 15 of their Boeing bombers with half a ton of gravity bombs each. They also fuel up 10 fighters to protect the bombers.

OOC:Just in case if this kind of conquering is not allowed I will edit this post, just tell me.
Many years has Ragutsa expanded in Europe but since the birth of the ONU and the European Union wars had to cease, All the military leaders wanted to expand the nation.
Africa was the answer as it was forgotten by the rest of the world; Since most of the continent coast was taken the decision was to travel there influential leaders of the Ragutsan church to convert the African people(along with abusing the belief already present in the continent like they did with the native americans).
It would take around 3 days to get 50 people, And there was a total of 1150 people planed.
Just in case some military forces would be sent(7.900) as it was considered a dangerous trip.

July 24th
Cairo, Egypt
Capitol Building

It was dusk in Cairo, and the S'13 and Sayeret Matkal were still barricaded inside the Capitol Building, while the Eight Mossad Agents dressed as Mujahedeen had found an abandoned building four blocks east and turned it into a safehouse for Bankampari Operators. Meanwhile, the Bankampari Fifth Fleet had assembled off the coast of Egypt. The ramps were already in the process of being lowered so the Expeditionary Force could depart and head for Cairo to secure the rest of the city, and in back in the homeland, troops were being loaded on Freighters by the thousands to head to Africa. Four freighters could transport 16,000 soldiers, 25 tanks, and five helicopters. But, Commander Boris Katz was the man with all the problems. He had a contingent of 16 men held up in a building surrounded by hundreds of jewish hating Egyptians. He had his eight men set up a four corner perimeter downstairs. Two men to each corner, while the Shayetet 13 did the same while they were up on the roof.

Katz held the button on his radio; "Those damn hotshot Mossad guys have some nerve.. Leaving us to do the dirty work." He said. There was scattered laughter downstairs.

While all this was happening, gunfire was hitting all over the building.

"Alpha One Actual, this is callsign 'Predator' accompanied by callsign 'Viper'. We're on station, and ready to commence gun run. Over." The pilot said. "We are going to need an IR Strobe to mark the enemies so we can see what we're shooting at."

"Roger that, we'll get it for you. ETA forty-five seconds. Out!" He yelled, and sprinted to the staircase, running up the first flight two steps at a time, and doing the same thing with the second flight until he reached the top floor. He went to the balcony, pulling out the strobe from his vest pocket. "Strobe Out!" He yelled. And threw it over the balcony, reaching the road.

"Alpha One, this is 'Predator', we have your strobe. Coming around for our run. Over." The pilot said. The soldiers saw both of the choppers looping around what looked like the entire city. "On trajectory. Spinning up guns." Was heard over the pilot's radio. When the choppers came nearer, the sound of the spinning miniguns could be heard. When these sounds were so close, the hundreds of Egyptians looked up in petrifying horror. "Firing."

The Choppers began unloading thousands of 7.62mm rounds in a matter of seconds. "Run was effective, coming around." 'Viper' said. "Armed 2.75 rockets. The helicopter was flying towards the building right across from the Capitol. "Fox 2." 'Viper' said.

You could see two rockets shoot out of the pods that the AHU-2 was armed with, making impact inside the second story of the building. Killing Twelve Egyptians, and wounding another dozen.

"Rockets on Target. Alpha, we're pulling out. Expeditionary Unit is on approach, ETA 5 mikes. Over and Out." 'Predator' said.

Katz stood up. "Alright, Sergeant Riyadh, you're with me." He said.

The Sergeant nodded. They opened the doors and moved across the street, to the building that had been struck by rockets. Groaning could be heard from the inside. They moved inside, turning on their helmet lights. "Check corners." Katz said. Both of them aiming swiftly, making sure they would not be surprised. "Moving to Second Floor." Riyadh said. They moved quickly, and silently. Katz took cover beside the doorway. "Breach." He said, quietly. Riyadh moved inside the doorway, seeing an Egyptian Soldier standing on a balcony with a rifle, he fired three precision bullets straight to the heart. The soldier, stumbled, and fell over the balcony. They checked all over the room, and in the closet. "Clear". Riyadh said. Commander Katz pulled out his Desert Eagle. He motioned to Riyadh to do the same. Katz then began to fire a bullet into the head of each of the wounded. Symbolizing the hatred between Arabs and Jews.

Outside, the sounds of heavy vehicles could be heard. A column of tanks followed by Technical trucks were steaming down the main road. The Expeditionary Force had finally arrived. They pulled up to the Capitol Building, and the soldiers began filing to the positions they were expected to man.

Cairo was officially under Bankampari Control.
Libya
July 24th

The Ha'patashim - the most secretive and elite unit of planes in Bankampar and planes that Prime Minister Harel had ordered to be sent to Libya were on station. They had the element of surprise because Libyan Forces had no planes, and the Tolorian forces had no idea that Bankampar was a hostile nation. There were Sixteen K-JAS-39 'Gripen' Multi-Role fighters armed with four IR Air-to-Air Missiles, as well as a three hundred pound bomb, while the Sixteen A-10's were carrying 10,000 30mm Depleted Uranium Armor-piercing rounds, two AGM-65 Air-to-surface missiles, and two five hundred pound bombs. The A-10's were headed straight for the front line where the ground forces were. They split up into groups of four. the 'Gripen' pilots did the same, providing combat air support, defending the A-10's from any and all aircraft.

The first line of Warthog's were on trajectory for their gun runs. "This is Eagle Squadron, we are on path. Arming 30mm." Eagle One said. "Commencing Run." He said. The planes began firing on tanks, and infantry soldiers as well. The tanks that were hit, took extreme damage due to the effectiveness of the rounds, and the accuracy of the guns as well as the pilots. "Swinging it around to release JDAM's." Eagle One said. The Hog's flew around, and it took them about 30 seconds to get back on station. "On Station, releasing JDAM's." The line of planes flew over, and released two five-hundred pound JDAM bombs each, a total of eight. Dealing a devastating blow. "Eagle Squadron is on standby, awaiting orders."

Major Amotz Greenburg chimed in on the radio; "All units, get in formation, and engage ECM. We're going to their garrison. Talon One, out."

All of the planes joined up in formation. It was a fearsome sight, thirty-two planes in desert camoflauge, heading to an enemy garrison. They were flying at about eight-hundred mph, and were closing in on the base. The 'Gripen' Pilots broke off to deal with any airborne helicopters or planes, while the twelve Warthog's who still were carrying JDAM's spread out. "A-10's, arm JDAM's. And prepare to drop." Talon One said.

The Planes were flying low and fast. "Releasing Two." Each pilot said in order. When the bombs impacted, the explosion was enormous. A total of 12,000 pounds of bombs were dropped at that moment.

After this, the planes regrouped, and headed back to Bankampar.

Postby The Grand Duchy Of Nova Capile » Mon Aug 24, 2015 7:26 pm

The Duchy's colonies were booming. With the forced deportation of over 8 million natives from their lands, and another 400,000 killed in executions and battles, the Capilean(white) population had grown to 200,000 throughout the colonies. With almost 40,000 immigrating every week, the stagnating cities of Capile were emptying. The natives were forced from their land to make way for Germanic settlers, rounded up in desert camps to live, or forced in factories to mass-produce supplies harvested in the colonies. The Duchy tried to maintain good relations with Protestant England and Germany due to their close roots, whilst remaining fairly neutral with the rest of it's neighbors. A whole flood of countries had descended on Africa, and Nova Capile sought to remain one of the largest land holders in the continent. The government now looked to annex the tribes to the North of the Congo, to strengthen it's position. In addition, the entire 1st Expeditionary Korps of 50,000 men was sent from the homeland to protect the Duchy's colonies, with 25,000 stationed in the Congo and the other half in Ethiopia. Meanwhile, the Capilean colonies were organized into Capilean Ethiopia and the Congo, which itself was run by the Capilean Colonial Board and the Regional Governors. In response to the rapid colonization of South Africa, the Duchy has called the creation of a League of Colonial Powers, a powerful group of nations which will split the continent between them and defeat all opposing tribes and colonial nations to further it's members interests. All nations are welcome, but a personal invitation is extended to the Tolorian Empire, to be a founding member of the league.

OOC: Remember that annexation isn't allowed yet.
