I got a telegram about 5 days ago saying 'Banned off RMB for 3 days for trolling'
It's been over 3 days and I still can't post on the RMB.
Why is this happening?

It's probably difference in time zones. You might have a few hours left.

Probably a gameside issue. Sometimes RMB bans don't expire when they're supposed to. As Mexania says, if you haven't already, file a GHR, and a friendly neighborhood mod will investigate accordingly.
