Hello there.

I once did the mistake of choosing a parliament as the government's main part. Therefore, I managed to get more political freedom, but not the ability to give my president a name.
Still, it says that the leader remains unlockable. Is there probably any way I could give him a name? I've just been waiting for months to finally make my president Ifjane Teremoshachgapa, but I seem to have failed at doing so.

The only thing you can do is wait. Eventually you should get the issue again, but until then I'm not aware of a way to unlock it.

Sure, just choose the name that you want for him and tell people about this in your sig or facebook.

I have been waiting but with a pop at 3 billion now I thought it was getting a bit too long and something was up. Though if I must I just keep waiting then.
