If the General is always the WA delegate then the Democratically Elected President has no Delegate powers henceforth is not actually the ruler of the region, and with the General controlling NS miltiary, you are systematically placing the Union of Atlantic Nations under an authoritarian military rule inwhich troop capability is controlled by a General that has not even been voted upon by the people of the Union of Atlantic Nations!

Like I said, it is NationStates gameplay. I cannot think of anything that Department of Treasury can do in order to do so, but I did thought of trades. For Minister of Treasury, trades through nations or even regions must be approved by either Minister of Treasury or the President.

For the General, nein, well, when the elected candidate change over time, the people they endorse will be different, hense, General will be changed, but like I'd said before, raiders.

Ja, handling diplomacy. I had thought of having an Department of Exterior, but then, the only who can actually do this is Founder and WA delegate. Only they will be able to construct embassy with other regions. But then, I thought of a new idea, they will be more of the like a diplomatic that goes to other regions.

For the researching and expansion. The expansion will be important for us. I might also need a department that recruit people. For the research, it is more of an Role-Play character than NS gameplay.

Whilst upholding our safe and secure, strict immigration system to enter the Union of Atlantic Nations that will be checking RP posts & detail, former region, factbooks, moderation history/warn levels and more, Gregori Akhanteros' and the Atlantic Independence Party will be investing real life money into purchasing stamps so that our Recruitment API being runs better. The Recruitment TG API is currently a free API from the NS++ extension for chrome but by using Stamps purchased with real money, this allows the API to send more TG's more often with a higher rate of success, and this will be able to create a sufficient flow of players that will pass our strict immigration system to keep the amount of players being deleted or leaving, and the amount of players either in a positive balance or in a positive increase.

Just one of the ways ACIP is helping save the UAN.

The Iarmheid party is working to implement a similar system to that. In addition to your classes, we will have a university open to members that teaches things like diplomacy, the history of the UAN, a guide to creating good fact books, etc.

I think this is what most players think..Well at my own view.

First off, you must look at my history with Delvosity himself. We had taken part in many operations together, and our nations have a close bond historically, with Serbia's helping of Delvosity during both The Revolutionary War and The Civil War. This proves that as President, I am more likely to rule much like Delvosity did, making The UAN a great place for nations to live peacefully with one another. Secondly, my nation is a very old nation. We have encountered a lot since our founding in 1000 BCE, and we are very experienced in diplomatic relation and, when needed war. In our time as a nation, we have proven several times that we are to be trusted, from helping the Allies in WWI and WWII to our siding with Delvosity in the Cold War. In addition to the last two reasons, Serbia is a very diplomatic nation. We currently have 8 treaties, and we are working to get more with nations like South Vietnam, India, Laos, Cambodia, and much, much more. Our nation only attacks when we feel like the security of our nation is threatened.

I don't think Serbia is a very diplomatic nation in terms of RP post. Remember you first and every post in RP. Indeed you are very diplomatic gathering your allies in terms of RMB posts but that is different when it comes to rp. The whole RP right now is at mess with all the commotions of power hungers and imperialism. Serbia who is very new with a low ns stats is what now, #8 in military UAN and wants to be in big five? Because he promotes war campaigns and occupying every nation at UAN. That makes him on top? This is imperialism guys….And not fun..There should be at least respect…

What about other players like CSN, Grande Rojo. They have high ns stats and also good at rp post. Supposedly,CSN must be strong, but ended up destroyed completely because Delvosity of NATO allied with him. And NATO with Serbia and Kazardan as well. Lol.

The player must register or apply or submit his assets of military force in this committe. The committee shall approve this total number of force based of course in is NS stats, ns economy, rp post or some others. Why?

What we are doing right now in forum during conflicts or war, is producing a weapon with a name or whatever, producing new ships, and sending a definite amount of ships into the enemies territory. I respect Delvosity’s claim of BACK-UP FOR THIS STATS. But this what brought us here at some point. This is what brought us to this election. THIS is the meaning of transparency, equality, freedom and reform within UAN.

A ‘BASIS’ for ereything. A basis of freedom, a basis of equality, a basis of strength, a basis of power.
