British techno music from the '80s, such as Pet Shop Boys. Many people also enjoy classical and jazz.

Most forms minus J-Pop and some metal, but mainly classical rock
Sometimes, when you want to do something, it's better not to. For your sake and for those you'd do that for.

I use Monster Girl Encyclopedia (although set on modern time) as a medium for roleplay (my nation is not limited to it, though). I am an MT nation (set in today), with experimental and a few functioning PMT technology. My nation is when Sweden smokes much weed, takes much LSD, takes up more arms than normal, and dates a monster girl (mamono).

"Music" is banned here since it is a waste of time. Last time someone played music, the earl almost exploded.

Torato is a massive, diverse nations, so many people have different tastes. Though a lot of underground artists are popular here. Many EDM festivals are held in major cities, and if you walk into a bar in the backwoods of the island, you'll hear a lot of guitar strummin' folk songs.

German classical music includes works by some of the world's most well-known composers. Johann Sebastian Bach and Georg Friedrich Händel were influential composers of the Baroque period. Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was a prolific and influential composer of the Classical era. Ludwig van Beethoven was a crucial figure in the transition between the Classical and Romantic eras. Franz Schubert was an important figure in the late Classical era and early Romantic era. Carl Maria von Weber and Felix Mendelssohn were important in the early Romantic period. Robert Schumann and Johannes Brahms composed in the Romantic idiom. Richard Wagner was known for his operas. Richard Strauss was a leading composer of the late Romantic and early modern eras. Karlheinz Stockhausen and Hans Zimmer are important composers of the 20th and early 21st centuries.

Germany is the second largest music market in Europe, and fourth largest in the world. German popular music of the 20th and 21st century includes the movements of Neue Deutsche Welle (Nena, Trio), Pop (Boney M., Alphaville, Modern Talking), Ostrock (City, Keimzeit), Metal/Rock (Rammstein, Scorpions), Punk (Nina Hagen, Die Ärzte, Die Toten Hosen). This cultural achievement spreads nationalism amongst the Prussian Populace making Classical music the most popular and this doesn't even cover the Polish, Dutch, Italian, and Danish cultural pride toward classical music. In short/conclusion the answer is Classical music.

For the most part all music, with certain exceptions, are allowed. Though in terms of popularity Latin-jazz and salsa have always been quite popular, though Electro-swing in the past decades has grown extremely popular.

Operas and waltzes are becoming increasingly popular among certain urban social groups, but the most popular remain Christian hymns and various forms of traditional folk music.
