Downtown
Located in the heart of downtown, "Embassy Row" as its referred to, is only minutes from the Beaumont's nightlife, city services, county offices, and federal government buildings. Embassies and consulates on this street would accommodate 60-80 staff total, and are served by street-side parking, as well as multiple nearby government used secure parking facilities missions are entitled the use of.

West End
Located on the west side of the city, in the more affluent area, embassy sites are assigned in 5 acre plots, which could easily support a villa or medium sized compound and is home to many retail and dinning options.

Tram Road from Tolivar Canal Rd to Vinson St
Located on the far western edge of the city, and in unincorporated Jefferson County, embassy lots range from 10-15 acres a piece.
To request an embassy on Tram Road, the requesting nation must justify the security, health or other concern that would require the larger facility.
Rights of the Host Nation
Embassy grounds will not be entered by local authorities without authorization of the national government of the host of the ambassador posted at the embassy. Permission will be assumed in the case of emergencies such as fire. All embassies may have one plane stored at one of three airports. Beaumont Lamar International Airport, on the south end of the city, Beaumont Municipal Airport, in the west end, and Jack Brooks Municipal Airport in Suburb of Nederland.
Primary Emergency services in Beaumont are provided by the Beaumont Police, Fire and EMS services, along with Acadian Ambulance Service. On Tram Road in unincorporated Jefferson County, the Bevil Oaks Volunteer Fire Department provides fire and EMS services, the city marshal of Bevil Oaks supplements the Sheriff's Office. All locations are served by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office and supplemented by the Texas Department of Public Safety. School services are provided by the Beaumont Independent School District, with Hardin-Jefferson ISD, Hamshire-Fannett ISD, and Lumberton ISD allowing out of district enrollment. The private schools in the area include Legacy Christian Academy(grades 6-12), Saint Anne's Catholic School(grades k-8), and Monsieur Kelley Catholic High School(grades 9-12). There are several charter high schools in the city as well

Consulate applications may be filed at the same time as Embassy applications, but any nation that already has an embassy, we request that a new application be sent, rather than amending the old one
