The year is 2000. The Soviet Union has preserved and things continue to be ever tense and hostile between the two great hyperpowers. The Cold War continues with no communist governments falling like IRL. The world has changed. It is time for you to decide.
Who are you going to support?
I shall be the OP for this RP. This is the first RP that I have created and feedback and advice are welcome!
Alternate History is not only welcome but also encouraged but only after WW2 ended and it has to be logical and convertible with the events after WW2 and the Cold War.

Yeah, I'm thinking reserving Japan or the Greater Philippines (Spanish East Indies).

Is it possible if Japan continue occupying Korea?

History:
The Republic of Sudan used to be a peaceful state, until Omar al-Bashir came to be the head of the Republic of Sudan. Omar had many plans for Sudan, he turned it into an Military Dictatorship, without the people voting or anything. In the Military Dictatorship of Sudan, when it turned into one in 1990, the people's rights to vote were revoked, no one had rights to vote, and everyone who reached the age of 17, had to serve at least 5 years in the Military. When Sudan turned into a Military Dictatorship, with Omar al-Bashir as the head of state, he planned an invasion of the Central African Republic in 1991, including an invasion of Chad, which happened in 1993, after the Central African Republic was annexed. Chad was annexed after 2 years also, but when Uganda was invaded in 1995, Rwanda and Burundi, Uganda's allies, started to hate on the Sudanese and also started a war. Rwanda and Burundi had mass casualties, due to that they lost the war against Sudan. The war was 3 years long, in 1998, on January 12th it ended. Sudan after another 2 years, this with no war, increased the Military budget and also increased the number of military personnel, aircraft and armored vehicles. (Sorry if the History is crap, not coming up with much ideas these days)

Goals of the Government: Secure the borders, recruit more for the Military, produce more Military hardware, many other things for the Military.
