Primary Perks:

USIP=Adv.Economy
SEOP= Naval Power
Laou=Adv.Artillery

Secondary Perks:
SECP= Elite Calvary
USIP= New Industry Technology
SEOP= Guerrilla Warfare
Laou= Farming

Rules
