The Hyper Democratic Union immediately mobilizes. They bring UMGP and UFOF to quell the riots and restore order in the streets. Food, water, medicine, etc. Meanwhile, UMU politicians look to install a new, strong, centrist government. Military instructors allow volunteers (who will have their background checked) to create a militia within the streets to help restore order. The Hyper Democratic Union claims they will start elections within 3 months.

[Droigs]

The Droigsan Military sends the 5th Division of 16000 personal including 250 light tanks and 100 artillery to bring democracy back to Vaajan. It is also sending a carrier group. It is also aiding the UMU.

Knowing the peril of any state facing armed rebelling, the Commonwealth hopes for a peaceful restoration of open government in Vaajan. At this time, the Commonwealth is only able to offer moral support. However, the prayers of the people of Rhodesia and Bechuanaland are with Vajaan's people.

Additionally, the Commonwealth calls upon Driogsan and the Hyper Democratic Union to exercise restraint in their rush to intervention. It is the experience of the Commonwealth that nations undergoing civil unrest are extremely fragile. After arriving in The Vaajanian Capital, Droigsan troops are assisting the UMU in feeding the population in other cities by splitting up the task force. The Underhill Administration has also sent NS $3,000,000,000 to reconstruct and advance the Vaajanian Economy by helping to employ jobless and bring in capital. The Droigsan Government also has put caution on the fragile peace and acknowledges The B&R Government's warning.

Due to the intervention by the "Hyper Democratic Union", the RAS has decided to conduct their operations as covertly as possible, while financially funding the remaining terrorist leaders to put up a front for the security of the RAS' operation.

As The Peoples East Africa was suspected of being in the road to war, the troops presence would have to be increased another 6 IS-18 and 1.000 more men.
The already on the field troops would shelter inside a town waiting for the arrival of the other group of troops that was on the way.

Vaajanian citizens are worried that a war might break out.

After the day at sea, the 10,000 strong rifle group are within seeing distance of the coast of Vaajan. The commander says to his men:
''You know the plan men. We develop a fortified beach position on the landing ground for supplies to arrive. Then, when we get the go ahead, we will head inwards towards the capital city. All enemy soldiers we come across are to be killed.''

3 minutes later, the closest ship docks into the beach. The commander shouts:

The Hyper Democratic Union wishes no quarrel with you, but there is no way in hell you'll make us leave. To avoid a blood bath, how about we come to the agreement that we will splitthe territories in half, you can have your half of the land, and we'll have ours. We wish you can agree to this deal, as a war between us would be bloody, and the people of Vaajan has already seen enough blood shed.

As the fear of an enemy attack the forces of Ragutsa made it to the coast.
Sandbags being placed in front of the tanks along with a defensive line of coast defences, they were noy the best but they would be able to resist for a little until air reinforcements arrive at Ragutsa.
An effort was made to convience the local that they would not get hurt but still some civilians went away from the now protected coast.
