Basically, this is for out-of-character trading deals and other economic things that will still be officially counted in the IC even if you don't announce them there. All trades will be public unless announced otherwise.

It is now openly auctioning 100 F-22s and 500 F-16s.

T-72s are $1.7 million each, including the additional repair costs on them.
T-80s are $2.45 million each.

I am getting these prices off wiki, but I am wondering if that is what it costs to make them or if thst is there actual cost.

I'll sell you any amount of M1A3-Abrahms for 100 barrels of oil per tank. It's a great deal because the M1A3's are only made in the East US (their finishing time IRL was 2018, the civil war finished in 2015 and the East US makes the only ones with the only blueprints).
