All I can say is GOOOOOO WIIIILLLLLLLDDD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MINNESOTA WANTS THE CUP!! It should be a good post-season, anyway.
As much as I want the Wild to go all the way, it just doesn't seem feasible to me that they actually can get into finals, let alone the Western Conference finals. (Minnesota Sports Syndrome is getting to me...)

Why, exactly, would you boo the Flames? Better them than the Canucks.

Being an Oilers fan myself, it is impossible to cheer for anything remotely connected to Calgary.

Pah. You're just bitter because the Flames re-built and made the playoffs in a year, something the Oilers have been trying for the last ten. ;)

It's nice to see that five Canadian teams have made it to the finals. I'd be happy if any of them came home with the Stanley Cup.

Personally, I'll be rooting for Montreal.

Hammond vs Price. First goal wins, anybody?

Rebuilt? Please give me a minute while I stop laughing. They rode a goaltender who was absolutely insane. That's it. Remember Colorado last year? Rebuilt, great coach, all was going to good evermore. Then comes this season. Where did they wind up? I am fully willing to admit the Oilers suck right now. They will improve, it is a given. Here's the question for you. Can your precious Flames sustain this through the first round, and into next year? There is a reason Hiller is not a member of the Ducks anymore. You remember what it was? Oh yeah! He fails in the playoffs every time.

The Flames are probably too tired to beat the Canucks anyway. Since Gio went down they have been relying an insane amount on Wideman/Russell/Brodie.

What I really want is for Fleury to lay an egg and get swept out of the playoffs by the Rangers, to make Rutherford look bad for giving him that extension.

Nashville in five. The Hawks are too small to effectively take on the Preds in a long drawn out series. Crawford has been shaky as of late.

Maybe someone will accidentally crash into Lundqvist, and they will have to rely on their backup? Karma can be a bitch sometimes. Take out Kreijder, and the the Rangers go down in flames.

Not to mention the absence of Patrick Kane.

Bitter much? You are aware that neither Hiller or Ramo are the cream of the crop, yes? They're good goaltenders, absolutely; NHL caliber, after all. But that's not why the Flames are in the playoffs. It's because every single line on the team produces. It's because every single player on the team does everything asked of them. They block shots, they take shots, they score goals, they make the personal sacrifice that the team needs them to make. They are a team, in the truest sense of the word, something that the Oilers have yet to figure out.

No, I enjoy hockey. A neutral response doesn't mean I'm neutral towards hockey. I'm just explaining that people here will like hockey since most people enjoy sports. Granted, I don't know a ton about all the teams, but I like going to high school hockey games, shouting at the kids from the neighboring school, and all that jazz.

That is why they had to come back in over three quarters of their wins? If they were truly the greatness you make them out to be, they would have had the lead outright in every one of those games. They better make the best of this while they can. After this little run of theirs they can look forward to rebuilding for five years or so. Meanwhile Edmonton will be in a state of the art building, with an emerging coach, and best of all, a team of young players. Brian Burke has one Stanley Cup. Kevin Lowe has five. The Oilers have an infinite supply of money. Calgary can barely pay the bills. Should I go on?
