One bullet is fired by gunman.

Emergency services arrive and attempt to save the Vice-Chancellor.
1340 hours
Vice-Chancellor L.Berman's heart stops.
2158 hours
Assassin tracked down and tortured for information.
2240 hours
Notralgia is announced as the culprit.

At 9 AM on the 1st of April 2015, the Hydra-Russian Empire informed Notralgia that unless 25% of all industry was not handed over to us by 12:30 PM of the same day, we would be forced to go to war. We have received no reply.
Therefore, I must announce that the Hydra-Russian Empire is now in a state of war with Notralgia.

Surrender

After a series of assaults by the Hydra-Russian Empire, our forces could not handle it, and surrendered to the Hydra forces on the 05/04/2015, at 10:58 AM.
However, we still control the heavily fortified land surrounding our capital city, and are expecting re-enforcements to arrive soon.

The United Holy Empire of Sperland has decided that if the HYDRA-Russian Empire annexes/ conquers Notralgia Sperlish forces will invade. The Notralgians will have to agree that they will get rid of there dictatorship though. We will investigate the area where HYDRA's Vice Chancellor was assasinated.
