Mount Chilliad

Located far to the north, in the Chiliad Mountain State Wilderness, it serves as the tallest mountain in the state of San Andreas at 798m (2619 ft) above sea level. Two small towns sit at its base. Grapeseed can be found to the southeast, and Paleto Bay to the northwest.

At the base and peak is an aerial tramway station to facilitate travel. There is also a hiking trail running down the east side of the mountain.

At the peak of the mountain is a small wooden observation deck. Two stationary telescopes can be found on the deck, which cost $1 each per use. In addition, two dirt bikes are parked at the peak of the mountain near the observation decks. There is also a derelict wooden ramp near the Gondola station that can be used to drive off the edge.

Inside the tramway station is a cryptic drawing on a wall that depicts what appears to be the mountain and various symbols. There appears to be two sealed doors leading to a tramway station room directly adjacent to the mysterious drawing. The meaning of this drawing is still unknown, though one possible interpretation is that it is a diagram of areas within the mountain that, for now, are not accessible.

AU912/Otherworld/Chomolungma, also known as "Alternate Everest" is 8,841 m (29,006 ft) above Otherworld's sea level. A series of trails lead to the peak, with 5 permanent encampments along the way, and a VTAL (vertical takeoff and landing) platform and beacon at the peak. At its base are the towns of Norgay, Mallory, and New Rongbuk, which are all almost exclusively tourism-based economies.

AU912/Sol-4/Peak 1, also known as "Olympus Planum", located on Ares, a nearby terraformable planet, rises over 25km above the proposed sea level.

Mont Noire at 7,747 feet. Mont Noire was originally named Mont Cartier after the French Royal Governor but because of anti-colonial sentiment it is now named because it's top half is sparsely vegetated and it's dark gray soil is prominent. It was first traversed by Pierre Guilaume in 1890 back when it was 233 feet higher. It is a shield volcano and had its last eruption on July 31st, 1900 and the ash finally subsided ten days later on August 9th. It is located on the island of Lily and is also within the boundaries of Terre Volcanique National Park(wholly within the crater) and the Lily Island Botanical Preserve.

I cannot tell because the Titanian Empire is so vast that it contains numerous high mountains. The possible candidates are
Mt. Jupiter -a dormant volcano that is considered for now as highest.
Mt. Cornett - an Island mountains that is considered very holy. Its top is always covered by clouds and snow so height it only an estimation.
Mt. Princeton - an sole mountain that is the highest in the Titanian mainland but not within the empire.
Mt. Vock - an dormant volcano that is known for its powerful eruptions. It is a very tall mountain but since its located within the border, it disputed whether its our mountain or the other nations mountain.
