WBFL Matchdays 1 & 2

1 PeromoorsImageVSImageDradville 2
This is the way to start the season! A newly promoted side defeating an established top flight team is invigorating to watch. The first and second goals belonged to Dradville as High Winds and Angela Caskow fired almost at will for the first half of this game. Combine that with a staunch Dradville defense that were ready to play and the game was one-sided at untill the 70th minute, where Peromoors' Christain Brocht scored on a corner kick. For the rest of the match it was Peromoors rushing to get the equalizer but Dradville's defense would not break a second time and Dradville got the victory. It is also interesting how Peromoors' only foreign players are from Semarland and Polaaskan.
Peromoors Scorers:
70' Christain Brocht

Dradville Scorers:
21' High Winds
32' Angela Caskow

2 Heran-DorillionImageVSImageVandalay Androssa 0
This match was a slow-starting match as each team were focusing on possession rather than attacking, in fact this match was 0-0 at the half and many thought it would stay that way. Then the Agnem Chase show started. Out of the half Heran-Dorillion started this high-pressured attack which broke Vandalay Androssa's defense twice for two Agnem Chase goals and some happy fans. All the while with Vandalay Androssa's manager Reed Hered arguing with Vente.
Heran-Dorillion Scorers:
Agnem Chase 48' 53'

0 MurontiaImageVSImageTarentia 1854 0
This game is a 0-0 tie between mid-table at best Tarentia 1854 and UICA qualifying Murontia. Why? well let's start with the fact that Murontia's possession numbers are terrible in fact, Tarentia 1854 had the ball 70% of the time. You know what else contributed to the 0-0 tie? bad shots from Tarentia 1854 players. I mean when you have the ball 70% of the time in a match you should be able to score. Right? well Tarentia did not get the memo and took bad shot after bad shot heck, they couldn't score on an empty net today! This game was an all around snooze-fest, at least toward the end of the game fans chanted stuff to keep themselves occupied.

2 Eretium ACImageVSImageGatanfreid 0
This was one-sided game, the score doesn't show it but it was. Gatanfreid's players look off in the worst way possible, slow, sloppy, and one of their players (Pollov Edecht) managed to get a red card on a tackle from behind. Eretium AC looked just the opposite, fast-paced, precise, and exciting to watch. Plus, the combination of Ando and Lazzarani looked amazing today plus the combination of Ando and Norvalt managed to get two goals.
Eretium AC Scorers:
Simone Ando: 12'
Xanvier Norvalt 48'
Red Card: Pollov Edecht

1 Hollow CliffsImageVSImage Tera's Coast 2
The Hollow Cliffs-Tera's Coast rivalry really seemed to dissipate after Hollow Cliffs won the WBFL championship two years ago. Then after that Hollow Cliffs began to decline for reasons unknown to everybody and now they might have reached rock bottom. Losing to your rival in your first match of the season? check. Manager yelling at players in the bench? check. Rei Kakurine and Manny Reyes ripping apart your defense? check. Manny Reyes scoring two goals from corner kicks? checkmate.
Hollow Cliffs Scorers:
Giranhim Basley 25'
Tera's Coast Scorers:
Manny Reyes 45' 67'

2 Mountainview FCImageVSImageLeention 3
Remember when Leention couldn't score last year? Now they pull out 3 goals and make everyone who thought Mountainview FC were legitimate competitors look silly, at least on this day. Ross Rowe did get 2 goals but holy halibut no one could stop Zion Eiios. Eiios got a hat trick and for a stretch of time it seemed like every time Rowe scored Eiios scored until Eiios put it away at the 85th minute. This was the best game of the day by a large margin and I do like how the two Cosumarite playes (Kearny and Banks) are developing.
Mountainview FC Scorers:
Ross Rowe 65' 78'
Leention Scorers:
Zion Eiios: 44' 68' 85'

1 NatadymImageVSImageMigsborg 2
This was a fairly competitive match-up where each team played fairly well, it wasn't anything really exciting but not bad. This will be overshadowed by the prime-time match though and Migsborg won.
Natadym Scorers:
Derbion Allosa 46'
Migsborg Scorers:
Mario Endea 58'
Erwin King 77'

0 PoreniansImageVSImage Northbrook 0
A battle of two great teams in the WBFL end in a 0-0 tie. Never expected anything else really. Highlights of this match include: Ana Carolina and Worrick Worsaw almost getting into a fight, Anthony Andrews and Jan Årud casually talking to Porenian players like they are friends, Chad Overstreet mocking Northbrook players every time he thinks someone flops for a free kick, and at the end of the match Ana Carolina and Brandt Lowvering shaking each other's hands for what seemed like eternity. Overall an entertaining match

2 Vandalay AndrossaImageVSImagePeromoors 4
If you like defense, this is not a game for you. Each teams' defense was horrid but Peromoors' defense held out a bit more than Mountainview's. Christain Brocht scored two goals while Gregory Hislander and Vente both combined for only two goals. It was pretty entertaining to see goal after goal and it erased any doubt that was mustered up about Peromoors after their 1-2 loss against Dradville.
Vandalay Androssa Scorers:
Vente 36'
Gregrory Hislander 65'
Peromoors Scorers:
Christain Brocht 21' 47'
Madeo Yung 33'
Walton Hayes 56'

3 Tarentia 1854ImageVSImageDradville 1
Oh how the minnows have fallen. After their unbelievable 1-2 win over Peromoors, they follow it up with Swiss cheese defense. Tarentia 1854 completely ruined their defense with 3 goals in the first half. Each goal was by a different forward and Dradville got a consolation goal in the 89th minute because nobody was covering Angela Caskow. It was quite a step back from beating Peromoors, especially for a team who people think are going back down to the Championship
Tarentia 1854 Scorers:
Orthoros 12'
Vic Blankir 30'
Hallis Handon 35'
Dradville Scorers:
Angela Caskow 89'

0 GatanfreidImageVSImageHeran-Dorillion 0
At least this was a well fought 0-0 tie. A lot of defensive prowess on display and there was a sense of urgency in the air. Was a nice change of pace from the high-scoring games that took place earlier. Too bad both teams are not important.

4 Tera's CoastImageVSImageMurontia 3
Well, Tera's Coast look like a legitimate team now don't they? First beating their more successful rivals Hollow Cliffs 2-1 then beating Murontia 4-3 in an exciting back and forth match. It's still early yet but right now, this team is on fire and they are beating way better teams. This may just be a case of overachieving on Tera's Coast part but it still makes for compelling games. Plus, If this game is anything to go by, Murontia are good at playing down to teams.
Tera's Coast Scorers:
Rei Kakurine 32' 45'

0 LeentionImageVSImage Eretium AC 2
Eretium AC is looking good right now. With Ando, Norvalt, Lazzarani, and Terraulta out in front, the attack looks unstoppable. Eretium AC's defense also looks really good, clean tackles, no stupid mistakes, great goalkeeping from Bershandeski, and defenders who can up the pressure when defending. Eretium is a team to watch out for. Although Leention didn't look bad they were just outmatched by Eretium pure and simple.
Eretium AC Scorers:
Lucio Lazzarani 23'
Simone Ando 65'

Migsborg 1ImageVSImage Hollow Cliffs 1
It's early yet, but Hollow Cliffs are becoming a real disappointment. Having a Tie with a League minnow like Migsborg? yeah it's bad out in Coastal Nova, wait no it's not Tera's Coast is actually winning games it's not supposed to win. Hollow Cliffs needs something to energize them. They have the talent but they are not living up to it. As for Migsborg all I can say is: Good Job. Holding Hollow Cliffs to a tie is a step-up from a year ago.
Migsborg Scorers:
Erwin King 54'
Hollow Cliffs Scorers:
Paolita Bruno 48'

3 Northbrook ImageVSImageMountainview FC 1
Ana Carolina is lighting it up, like always, Mountainview FC's defense is full of holes, as always, Ross Rowe gets a goal for Mountainview FC, as always. I feel bad for Ross Rowe, his team is not stepping up, he is trying desperately to get the team in the game, and it's not his fault for the losses these past 2 matchdays, but this result is way better than losing 6-0 to Northbrook a year ago. I guess the team is truly getting better.
Northbrook Scorers:
Ana Carolina 34' 56' 70'
Mountainview FC Scorers:
Ross Rowe 23'

1 PoreniansImageVSImageNatadym 1
Somebody call the cops, eleven men got robbed today.

It all started when Natadym was on the attack, it was the 87th minute and Porenians were leading by one. Striker Derbion Allosa had the ball in the penalty box and as if shot by a bullet he fell down near Worrick Worsaw, the referee thought Worsaw had pulled him down and gave Derbion the penalty. Derbion scored and thus Natadym hols Porenians to a 1-1 tie. It was a one sided game all the way untill that point as Porenians had the majority of the possession.

At least it wasn't a loss I suppose.
Porenians Scorers:
Chad Overstreet 23'
Natadym Scorers:
Derbion Allosa PEN 87'

Tables will be available after matchday 5.

WBFL Matchdays 3-5

[*]
2 PeromoorsImageVSImageTarentia 1854 1
Peromoors look to be back in form as they win a close game. Although cutting it a bit close against supposed league minnows Tarentia 1854. Peromoors are starting to come in to their own as of late and could prove to be a tough fixture as we move on. Albeit in this game Tarentia 1854 were leading 1-0 at the half by a Tanner Fallter goal. Peromoors struck back with a goal by Christain Brocht and a goal by Madeo Yung.
Peromoors Scorers:
Christain Brocht 56'
Madeo Yung 68'
Tarentia 1854 Scorers:
Tanner Fallter 32'

1 Vandalay Androssa ImageVSImageGatanfreid 2
An expected result really. Nothing much to talk about here besides Gatanfreid getting back on form against a newly promoted side. Vandalay Androssa are on a bad slump. Even though they are scoring their sloppy play and incredibly weak defense makes any score invalid as the other team will score anyway.
Vandalay Androssa Scorers:
Vente 78'
Gatanfreid Scorers:
Nitten Bachstara 54' 64'

0 Dradville ImageVSImageTera's Coast 1
This was another expected result. Possession was a key for Tera's Coast as they kept the ball for 68% of the time. Their passing was unbelievably on point and it was a surprise that it wasn't a total blowout.
Tera's Coast Scorers:
Manny Reyes 21'

0 Heran DorillionImage VSImage Leention 2
This was a good result for Leention. A nice bounce back from losing to Eretium AC. Leention as a team seems to be bouncing back from a horrendous season. I'm not saying they are at an elite level but they are moving up in the league. Meanwhile Heran-Dorillion are slipping even further down the tunnel of obscurity after the first WBFL season. They qualified for the Globe Cup, but after that they fell out of grace and are now a consistant lower-mid table team. Such a fall for a team which looked great before.
Leention Scorers:
Zion Eiios 56' 85''

1 MurontiaImageVSImageMigsborg 0
Now Murontia is back on track. After a draw and an upset loss things are looking up for Murontia. The team is looking a bit better as far as chemistry goes. Their defense in this game was tremendous and they did not play down to the level of their opponent. Migsborg did not improve their chances with a slow possession game either.
Murontia Scorers:
Ho Kang 78'

1 Eretium AC ImageVSImageNorthbrook 1
One of the more important games of the season ends up in a tie. Northbrook and Eretium AC matched up amazingly, it was a great match of skill and prowess from both sides. Northbrook's AM Lance scored the opening goal in the 57th minute with a thunderous strike that just slipped past Martijn Bershandeski's reach. Then at the 70th minute Xanvier Norvalt hit a great header off of a cross from Simone Ando. It was also one of the most disrespectful displays from both sides as many players were picking fights with each other. Norvalt even spat on Northbrook's goalkeeper, Brian Haunedo after Norvalt's score.
Eretium AC Scorers:
Xanvier Norvalt 70'
Northbrook Scorers:
Lance 57'

4 Hollow Cliffs ImageVSImagePorenians 5
I...can't describe how bad the defense was in this game, it was like ghosts replaced the defenders. Porenians won in the end but really, was it a win? was it even a match? The only reason Porenians won was because of a beautiful free kick by Chad Overstreet that slipped into goal.
Hollow Cliffs Scorers:
Paolita Bruno 34' 45' 65'
Tarane 10'

Porenians Scorers:
Eigar Drundt 15'
Chad Overstreet 34' 90'
Anolat Weibueu 27'
Brandt Lowvering 54'

2 Mountainview FCImageVSImageNatadym 1
This was a good game. Nothing special or anything too crazy. Mountainview FC at least look like a cohesive team, so there's that.
Mountainview FC Scorers:
Mark Briborg 45' 48'
Natadym Scorers:
Eric Krabner 56'

0 GatanfreidImage VS ImagePeromoors 1
Peromoors have hit a combination of good form and meh opponents and get another win today. Christian Brocht scored in the 11th minute of this game and Peromoors held on to it behind a rock solid defense. Not a bad start for the day.
Peromoors Scorers:
Christian Brocht 11'

0 Tera's CoastImage VSImage Tarentia 1854 2
"It's never easy"

This quote was from Tera's Coast manager Gregory Speedy after a disappointing loss to Tarentia 1854. While it's true that "It's never easy" in football, it's still a disappointing result for Tera's Coast, a team which is making noise in the league
Tarentia 1854 Scorers:
Vic Blankir 65' 68'

1 LeentionImageVSImageVandalay Androssa 0
Vandalay being bad? yep. Leention may move into a UICA spot? yep. Entertaining to see Vente arguing with his manager? hell yes.
Leention is becoming a good team, I never thought I would have to say that, but they are. Albeit they have only played one legitimate team: Eretium AC. They still are doing well and I will give them that much credit at least.
Leention Scorers:
Zion Eiios 23'

1 MigsborgImageVSImageDradville 3
Any complement I gave Migsborg I will whole-heartedly take back. The defense for Migsborg apparently went on vacation and let High Winds just run them over. Migsborg looked incredibly incompetent on both sides of the ball. They made Vandalay Androssa, VANDALAY ANDROSSA! look like a respectable team today. Just disgraceful.
Migsborg Scorers:
Mario Endea 87'
Dradville Scorers:
High Winds 34' 48' 62'

2 NorthbrookImageVSImageHeran-Dorillion 3
Disappointing.
There's no need to describe this game further, it is basically the disappointing performance of Northbrook wgave Heran-Dorillion the win. This could cost Nortbrook some ground in the championship race as well because of surprising performances by Tera's Coast, Leention and the Juggernaut-like club Eretium AC.
Nortbrook Scorers:
Sung Hyuk Kang 16'
Ana Carolina 34'
Heran-Dorillion Scorers:
Agnem Chase 49' 57'
Quinn Habrom 88'

1 PoreniansImage VS ImageMurontia 3
Murontia is picking up their game while Porenians' defense has let 7 goals go by them in 2 games. That is a terrible defensive performance for a team which is supposed to compete for a UICA spot let alone a league championship. Porenians just looked like a complete mess on the field while Murontia looked like a well-oiled machine. It also does not help when Porenians had 10 shots on goal and only scored one goal.
Porenians Scorers:
Brandt Lowvering 76'
Murontia Scorers:
Ho Kang 34'
Hussain Mohammed 56'
Mathis Hammer 64'

0 Mountainview FCImageVSImage Hollow Cliffs 3
Let's just say Hollow Cliffs owned Mountainview FC and move on.
Hollow Cliffs Scorers:
Paolita Bruno 34' 56' 89'

1 NatadymImageVSImage Eretium AC 1
Eretium AC almost let one get away from them today. Derbion Allosa scored and it looked like Natadym were going to steal 3 points right from under Eretium. Then, Eretium started to look like the unstoppable team we knew they could be. Precise pass after Precise pass, good shots on goal, and great teamwork overall. Unfortunately it only yielded Eretium a tie.
Natadym Scorers:
Derbion Allosa 75'
Eretium AC Scorers:
Victor Lowe 87'

3 PeromoorsImageVSImage Tera's Coast 3
What's with this league and having at least one game where defense is non-existent? Sure, it makes for hectic games but man it looks terrible from a technical viewpoint. Both Tera's Coast and Peromoors are on the upside of the table and a tie will keep them there for right now. Heck, Peromoors (somehow) is in second place!
Peromoors Scorers:
Madeo Yung 31'
Christian Brocht 44'
Vallos 68'
Tera's Coast Scorers:
Rei Kakurine 21' 35'
Ergin 56'

2 GatanfreidImageVSImageLeention 0
Leention disappoints me now. Losing 2-0 to a very iffy Gatanfreid side does not bode well for the team in general. Especially if you only had 5 shots on goal for the whole match
Gatanfreid Scorers:
Pollov Edecht 70' 77'

0 Tarentia 1854ImageVSImageMigsborg 2
Migsborg's possession game pays off with two goals late into the game as they "upset" Tarentia 1854. I'm not sure how much upsetting Tarenita 1854 is worth, but it happened. Although this does impact Tarentia's chances for a UICA spot a bit.
Migsborg Scorers:
Diego Hata 45'
Erwin King 23'

2 Vandalay AndrossaImageVSImageNorthbrook 3
Northbrook boucnes back with a win over Vandalay Androssa. I mean, Vandalay Androssa isn't a hard team to face right? Tell that to Brian Haunedo who let 2 goals get by in 6 minutes of play. He at least got back into form so Northbrook can win but man, it was an off day for the NT keeper. Of course the attack of Northbrook is stellar as always and the defense picked up later on.
Vandalay Androssa Scoeres:
Forest Rodgers 3'
Vente 6'
Northbrook Scorers:
Ana Carolina 54' 65'
Red Balkaland 34'

0 DradvilleImageVSImagePorenians 1
Quite a boring possession game. Nothing much to talk abut except Porenians played a slow game. It bored me to death badly. At least Chad Overstreet's goal celebration was funny (Waving to the goalkeeper as he celebrates)
Porenians Scorers:
Chad Overstreet 75'

0 Heran-DorillionImageVSImageNatadym 1
Not worth talking about, neither team really did well. Both teams looked slow and tired and just sloppy.
Natadym Scorers:
Cefo Illias 50'

1 Eretium ACImageVSImageHollow Cliffs 0
This was a nasty game. Both teams were physical and rough with each other. Simone Ando got punched in the face by Bershandeski on a cross that Bershandeski was trying to catch. Hollow Cliffs' forwards were trash-talking the Eretium defenders and even the goalkeepers were going at it. It was not pleasant to watch.
Eretium AC Scorers:
Glade Terraulta 90+3'

2 MurontiaImageVSImageMountainview FC 1
Business as usual for Mountainview FC a loss which does not look bad on paper but on the field it was one-sided. Murontia were just more energetic and refined with their play. Ross Rowe did score though, that matters right?
Murontia Scorers:
Ho Kang 30' 73'
Mountainview FC Scorers:
Ross Rowe 43'

Frencia-Espagnea Football Association

Frencia-Espagnea is a colony founded by Hispanic and French immigrants of the Outerland region who wanted a new life away from the slums of the Western Borderlands. They are huge fans of Football/Soccer and have established eight leagues within the colony. Each league will promote 2 teams (Except Liga Siete and Ligue Sept, which will only promote one team) and each league (Except Liga Siete and Ligue Sept) will relegate two teams.

Peromoors are on an incredible roll only winning or drawing the last 5 games. This game shows what is contributing to this incredible form: team chemistry. The team is clicking on both offense and defense. Christian Brocht has also turned out to be an amazing striker who has fit into the defensive system that Peromoors has, Brocht scoring two goals with a struggling Leention defense. Leention on the other hand, have hit a bump in the road, as they have lost two games in a row with sloppy play in each match.

Leention Scorers:
Pemo Heig-Bladadt 41'

This was quite a slow game not a lot of shots on goal, defense seemed to be the focus of both teams. The offensive attack for both teams consisted of a slow, possesion type of play. It was well fought, but it was also very boring to watch. At least both teams get a point out of it.

2 NorthbrookImageVSImageGatanfreid 1
This was a good rebound game for Northbrook's goalkeeper, Brian Haunedo. Good saves and nothing really sloppy like last matchday's game against Vandalay Androssa. Northbrook had a 2-0 lead at the half and by the 80th minute it was practically over. It did not stop Gatanfreid striker Furthrechte Thyffe from getting a goal though. Northbrook is starting to have some of the form of last year's championship team, and they will need that form in the rematches against Eretium AC and Porenians

Ana Carolina 67'

3 PoreniansImageVSImageTarentia 1854 1
A very good display of attacking by Porenians against the stingy defense of Tarentia 1854, all three of the goals were scored by Chad Overstreet. Who has become a leader on the Porenians' squad as of late. Overstreet even said after the game "This is a good result but we still have more work to do" putting a bit of pressure on his teammates, who were great during this match. Tarentia 1854's defense became exposed in only 15 minutes when Porenians' scored the first goal. Tarentia needed a bit more aggression on defense as noted by their manager Louis Darnem "Today we were slow, weak, and timid. I guess I have to put in some conditioning for them".
Porenians Scorers:
Chad Overstreet 15' 25' 56'
Tarentia 1854 Scorers:
Orthoros 43'

0 NatadymImageVSImageVandalay Androssa 1
Finally Vandalay Androssa gets a win, albeit quite controversially.

Say you were a defender named Borland Westros, and say you were near Vente, when Vente "trips" over you, you get a yellow card and Vandalay gets a penalty shot goal in the 75th minute.
You would be a bit crossed wouldn't you?
Well, let's just say Westros was infuriated with the decision saying afterwards in an angered tone "The referee got it wrong, that is all I have to say.
Yellow Card

5 Mountainview FCImageVSImageDradville 3
This was an interesting match. Mountainview FC scores FOUR goals in one half and in the second half, they try hard not to give up that lead to a furious comeback from Dradville, and then the final goal which decided the match did not come from Ross Rowe or Vinicius Chetri or Mark Briborg, it came of Javier Agudieres of all people. Of course, the running theme of the match is anemic defense from both teams. Both team's managers will not comment on the state of their respective defenses
Mountainview FC Scorers:
Ross Rowe 14' 23'
Mark Briborg 25' 28'
Javier Agudieres 84'
Dradville Scorers:

2 Hollow CliffsImageVSImageHeran-Dorillion 1
Good game, Hollow Cliffs, good game. Winning only their second game of the season in a thriller against Heran-Dorillion is a step in the right direction. Paolita Bruna is becoming a great attacker for Hollow Cliffs and they seem like they are finally clicking as a team. Heran-Dorillion on the other hand are slipping up a bit, nothing too major but there is room for improvement for the team.
Hollow Cliffs Scorers:
Paolita Bruno 56'
Kristoffer Albrechtssen 90+4'
Heran-Dorillion Scorers:
Quinn Habrom 84'

2 PeromoorsImageVSImageMigsborg 0
A very good win for Peromoors as they hold on to first place with this win. Peromoors' defensive strategy Is making it hard for opponents to score on them, even though they are not the number one ranked defense (Eretium AC has that honor by a landslide) they still are a frustrating group to score on. Migsborg learned this the hard way only having 4 shots on goal and a brutal lesson in strength by the Peromoors defenders.
Peromoors Scorers:
Christian Brocht 34' 77'

3 LeentionImageVSImageNorthbrook 1
Northbrook's manager Chris Handon described it as "one of the worst performances the team has had in a long time" and indeed it was. The defensive line for Northbrook broke WAY too often for anyone's liking. The forwards' shots were off and Leention's forwards were just clinical in their strikes toward goal. The scary thing is, Leention are on the cusp of a UICA spot with this win.
Leention Scorers:
Fiona Banks 23'
Harrison 68'
Zion Eiios 75'
Northbrook Scorers:
Sung Hyuk Kang 45'

1 Tera's CoastImageVSImagePorenians 2
This was nothing to be ashamed of for Tera's Coast. They had played a good game and almost capturing a tie with Porenians, but Chad Overstreet had to come in and be the hero, both teams played well and for the most part they looked as if they were equal. Though this does clear up the clutter of teams with 11 points in the upper table of the league. It does beg the question though "what will it take to get a UICA spot?"
Tera's Coast Scorers:
Manny Reyes 50'
Porenians Scorers:
Brandt Lowvering 17'
Chad Overstreet 82'

1 GatanfreidImageVSImageNatadym 4
This result definitely betters Natadym's chances of not having to play a relegation playoff game. Natadym really wanted to win this game, their normal methodical approach was replaced with this hard-pressing attack focused style which Gatanfreid just could not handle. I don't think Gatanfreid even expected this type of play from Natadym, I sure didn't.
Gatanfreid Scorers:
Pollov Edecht 47'
Natadym Scorers:
Eric Krabner 21' 26'
Derbion Allosa 45' 55'

0 Tarentia 1854ImageVSImageMountainview FC 1
Mountainview FC are on the rise much to the relief of their fans. Clinical defense was the theme for this game as neither side had over 5 shots on goal. Mountainview FC did make one of them count and who else but Ross Rowe to score the game winning goal. Tarentia 1854 are not safe from relegation, although at this point in time they are technically "safe" I don't think they would want to play in a relegation playoff especially against either Heigellion or Nova-Eindenaro. Tarentia 1854 also have a habit of losing close games against halfway-decent opponents, which is not a good thing.
Mountainview FC Scorers:
Ross Rowe 60'

2 Vandalay AndrossaImageVSImageHollow Cliffs 3
Vandalay Androssa just can not win can they? When they play good games it usually boils down to who gets off the last shot and that is exactly how Hollow Cliffs won this game. They managed to get a superb goal from Giranhim Basley in the 90th minute which drowned out any chance of a tie in this match. Hollow Cliffs may have gotten lucky, but a win is a win I guess.
Vandalay Androssa Scorers:
Vente 34' 55'
Hollow Clifffs Scorers:
Paolita Bruno 23'
Kristoffer Albrechtssen 56'
Giranhim Basley 90'

1 DradvilleImageVSImageEretium AC 4
Ouch. Just Ouch.

Eretium AC just ran over Dradville's defense today, Eretium AC never slowed down from the opening minute and it was quite a joy to watch. It seems that the attacking combination for them is a bit on the overpowered side, but who cares? it's fun and exciting!
Dradville Scorers:
High Winds 78'
Eretium AC Scorers:
Simone Ando 7'
Xanvier Norvalt 12'
Lucio Lazzarani 28'
Glade Terraulta 37'

0 Heran DorillionImageVSImageMurontia 2
Murontia did an amazing job of exposing the major weakness with Heran-Dorillion: They can not handle a team who can go from a methodical place to a track sprint. Heran-Dorillion have problems with their cohesiveness especially when passing. Murontia's two goals came off of bad passes just beyond the penalty box.
Murontia Scorers:
Brad Lyoslov 43' 64'

2 NorthbrookImageVSImagePeromoors 2
Northbrook improved on their performance from last matchday which is commendable, the problem is that Northbrook seem to be vulnerable when their opponents' defense show composure under their attacking pressure. Northbrook had only 4 shots on goal, sure they scored two goals but it is anemic for Northbrook to only have 4 chances. Peromoors have shown remarkable progress from a year ago becoming one of the better defensive teams in the league, and when they were down 2-1 they stepped up and delivered in such a remarkable way, it makes Peromoors look like a UICA team.
Northbrook Scorers:
Anthony Andrews 43'
Ana Carolina 47'
Peromoors Scorers:
Madeo Yung 44' 63'

4 PoreniansImageVSImageMigsborg 2
Not a good match for defense that's for sure.

I'm not sure how to say this, but Porenians' plan for this match looked like it was all about attacking it worked (It netted them four goals) but it also had them concede 2 goals to a lowly Migsborg team. It is definitely not a style that fits them. Migsborg is not in a good place now, they are in the relegation playoff zone and they barely made it from the last time they had to play a relegation playoff.
Porenians Scorers:
Moroieus Syvian 22'
Chad Overstreet 34' 47'
Brandt Lowvering 56'
Migsborg Scorers:
Erwin King 45' 68'

0 NatadymImageVSImageLeention 3
Leention has score 6 goals in two games which is something that would be semi-normal, except that it's Leention a team that really is not renowned for their scoring ability. Many Leention supporters are loving it apparently as reports of fans chanting "More! More! More!". Even Leention's manager Richard Dice seemed overly enthusiastic as he celebrated like a five year old in a candy shop with each goal they scored.
Leention Scorers:
Zion Eiios 35' 59' 68'

2 Mountainview FCImageVSImageTera's Coast 4
Mountaiview FC's momentum gets stopped by the brick wall known as Tera's Coast. It was a very one-sided affair with Tera's Coast scoring four goals in the first half. Manny Reyes and Rei Kakurine have developed into one of the better forward duos in the league. Manny Reyes is physical and can punish a weak defender while Rei Kakurine has an attacking style akin to a ballerina. This duo gave Mountainview's defense massive problems in the first half and it resulted in a thrashing.
Mountainview FC Scorers:
Vinicius Chetri 67' 73'
Tera's Coast Scorers:
Rei Kakurine 12' 45'
Manny Reyes 26' 31'

1 Hollow CliffsImageVSImageGatanfreid 1
What a boring tie. It was a slow game with a lack of tension or urgency from both sides. That is really all I got from this game.
Hollow Cliffs Scorers:
Paolita Bruno 87'
Gatanfreid Scorers:
Erstisa Aslzoue 78'

1 Eretium ACImageVSImageTarentia 1854 0
Eretium AC snatch a victory from the jaws of a mediocre tie. Tarentia 1854 played VERY defensively today, probably in hopes for a tie or a counter-attack goal. Eretium AC saw through this and managed to get a goal from Xanvier Norvalt off of a corner kick. Tarentia 1854 are in a bad spot after this game, they are in the relegation playoff zone and they could be overtaken by Vandalay Androssa which means they would be in the automatic relegation spot.
Eretium AC Scorers:
Xanvier Norvalt 68'

0 Heran-DorillionImageVSImageDradville 1
A great result for Dradville after the nightmarish game they had against Eretium AC. Sure it is a 1-0 result but it proves Dradville is a quality WBFL side and the doubts that were cast on them in the beginning of the season are dispelled for now. On the other hand Heran-Dorillion are on a bad slump and need to get out of it if they want to avoid relegation. They have only won one game in eight matchdays and they have 6 losses out of EIGHT games.
Dradville Scorers:
Angela Caskow 23'

4 MurontiaImageVSImageVandalay Androssa 0
Murontia just completely dominated this game. Vandalay Androssa's defense can be compared to using a paper bag to deflect a bullet. Murontia's attack (like the bullet) tore through Vandalay's defense (the paper bag). Of course, Vente argues with his manager as always, I don't blame him, he is the only real good player on the team.
Murontia Scorers:
Ho Kang 12' 34' 56'
Mathis Hammer 78'

1 PeromoorsImageVSImagePorenians 2
Good result for Porenians and propels them to second place for right now while Peromoors drop to fourth place. Peromoors did want to widen the gap for the UICA spot but it failed as their defense finally breaks against a Porenians team who have started to pick up the pace with four wins in a row. Chad Overstreet also went on the record and said "If we can keep this up, nobody will stop us".
Peromoors Scorers:
Christian Brocht 27'
Porenians Scorers:
Chad Overstreet 21' 66'

3 NorthbrookImageVSImageNatadym 0
Ana Carolina had a great game. She got a hat trick, she tore up any defensive player who marked her, and she proved to be too much for Natadym to handle. Natadym is getting worse at facing good teams. Which will not bode well when it comes time to kick it up a notch.
Northbrook Scoeres:
Ana Carolina 23' 50' 82'

0 MigsborgImageVSImageMountainview FC 1
A very slow game with a very poor display of attacking from Migsborg and a poor display of opportunism by Mountainview FC. Both teams seldom counter attacked in an urgent matter. Of course Ross Rowe is basically going to get a goal in every game he is in so Mountainview FC wins because of Ross Rowe. Not really something to brag about. and of course Migsborg are again at the bottom of the table.
Mountainview FC Scorers:
Ross Rowe 73'

1 LeentionImageVSImageHollow Cliffs 2
Leention were doing great! but then they started to shy away from the fast paced attack that gained them those wins and lost to a mid-table Hollow Cliffs team. Leention are still on the upper half of the table and are still very close to the UICA zone, but they do need to embrace their rapid attack in order to win some key games down the line.
Leention Scorers:
Pemo Heig-Bladadt 10'
Hollow Cliffs Scorers:
Paolita Bruno 55' 82'

1 Tera's CoastImageVSImageEretium AC 1
Well, Eretium AC gets a fourth tie which drops them to third place while Tera's Coast dropped to SEVENTH. These ties are killing some team's positioning. Especially Tera's Coast whose 1-1-1 record in 3 games contributed massively to the drop. This game was not a bad game but looking at the table, both teams needed the win.
Tera's Coast Scorers:
Manny Reyes 89'
Eretium AC Scorers:
Simone Ando 31'

1 GatanfreidImageVSImageMurontia 2
The expected result really, nothing much to it.
Gatanfreid Scorers:
Furthrechte Thyffe 89'
Murontia Scorers:
Mathis Hammer 53'
Brad Lyoslov 70'

Tarentia 1854 3ImageVSImageHeran-Dorillion 2
Heran-Dorillion are really starting to be left behind. They are at second to last with not signs of improvement. Tarentia 1854 are at least trying to save themselves from a potential relegation. Heran-Dorillion's players are lifeless, no emotion, no urgency, no spark in them. It is very sad to say this, but Vandalay Androssa could over-take Heran-Dorillion and thus Heran-Dorillion would get the auto-relegation.
Tarentia 1854 Scorers:
Ellsworth Warlick 45'
Vic Blankir 67' 90+2'
Heran-Dorillion Scorers:
Agnem Chase 34' 54'

0 Vandalay AndrossaImageVSImageDradville 2
Dradville is truly a WBFL side, Vandalay Androssa looks like disparaged group of amateurs. Vandalay Androssa are at rock bottom and they probably can't get back up unless Heran-Dorillion start to tank heavily.
Dradville Scorers:
High Winds 23'
Angela Caskow 52'
