That is not actionable as I did not said that all Muslims as a people are terrorist or ebul. I said that Islam as a political ideology is dangerous and critised the religion. There are cases that people said even worse things about Christianity in NSG yet I doubt you would ever report it. Since that is not actionable neither is telling that about Islam.
