Is there a way to review the exact issues I've acted on recently?

I just noticed that my nation's children have been victimized by subliminal messages, and I'd like to know what issue that was so I can reverse it ASAP.

Neither the moderators nor the Issue Editors have any influence on what issues a person gets. If you qualify for an issue, it is random if you get it.

What I wanted was to know if there's a way to check the history of my issues.

No. The game doesn't track your issue history. It makes the changes and moves on. The only record is what shows up in your national happenings, and that's for a short time span of perhaps a week or two.
