PROJECT O.D.I.N.

Notes many nations within New Brannack cannot defend themselves against larger, foreign powers, because of lacking defense forces,

Realizes that while the military powers of Brannack will most likely assist them, it can take time to have effective forces reach the location of attack or the aggressor, giving them time to cause extensive damage to that nation,

Calls for the development of Project O.D.I.N. (Orbital Defense Initiative) to launch projectiles at such enemy, causing extensive damage within minutes.

Informs that such project may take 1 to 5 years to complete, with an estimated cost of N$ 50 billion (between the satellite and a habitable command center) that is given by the nations of Brannack.

Acknowledges that weapon could have the capability to;
-Launch tungsten rods at speeds exceeding Mach 10 at impact,
-Using the rods can inflict damage anywhere from the size of a 100 lb bomb to a small tactical nuclear weapon,
-Fire up to 1 rod per second,
-Target nearly half the globe at once,
-Hold a maximum arsenal of 250 rods.
-Hit within 20 meters of the target

Understands the development of such weapon would significantly increase Brannack's security and defense preparedness, as well as the region's foreign respect, to avoid any major conflicts in the future,

Hereby launches Project O.D.I.N. (Orbital Defense Initiative)
