Beneath the Waves (PMT) Sign-up/OOC

OK this is to see if other people would like this sort of RP before I start one and have it not even get off the ground. 5 Nations are needed before I will start the IC.

Background
The year is 2041, Earth's fossil fuels are depleted and the land on the planet has been stripped of resources and has been turned into ruin. Humanity now looks to the sea to provide a new haven for them as the look to rebuild their once great nations. Will this being an era of peace and prosperity, or is humanity doomed to turn the depths of the ocean into yet another field of war.

--Tech is to be researched and must be stated that you are doing so.
-- No numbers spamming, state your military size and buildup.
-Claims
--Must have a border with territory
--Claim one land nation

approved, but calm down with the mega station lol we just got started nothing huge yet.

Sure no prob and Del you can still go through it with an open borders treaty. A lot of land is still available. You have a lot of surface and I have a lot of sea its a trade off. Im not planning on growing much bigger either.

You cant gain Honh Kong because Hong Kong is a special administrative region of china and in my application i clearly stated all autonomous regions/SAR's.
