We feel for the safety of the children this is the best method. Leaving open the ability to adopt if they so wish to raise a family. Knowing that only biological siblings are the only marrying siblings required to be sterilized. Step and adopted siblings having no similar genetics are free to marry an reproduce as they wish.

Although we value the opinions of our allies and friends, we in the Land of Dagda find that we do not allow other countries to make our decisions for us. I accept. Salemland has extremely efficient healthcare services and could take care of the influx of new citizens these children (and possibly their parents, if they want to keep raising the child) could generate. Our army will walk with yours.
