Moa sits at his desk and plans on how to wipe out the thorn in his butt that is the republic of china (Taiwan) and sends an alliance and trade agreement to the Russians. On the sea bored massive troop movements are underway and prepare for what looks like a possible invasions of Taiwan.

Meanwhile in Mongolia

The Chinese delegates meet and begin to discuss there integration into the peoples republic of china however these discussions so far fail. The dictator decides the best chance to get integration to move forward is to bombard them with Chinese tradition and culture.

The sky was grey and the wind blew heavily, Milosevic was inside Tito's mausoleum in a Greatcoat staring at his tombstone. He pulled from his back a bouquet of flowers dedicated to the fallen leader, in respect Milosevic laid them in front of his Grave joining the hundreds of other flowers laid out. "Bugarska will be ours Drugovi,Bugarska će biti naše"
He promised. Bulgaria was originally meant to be a part of the Balkan Union that Tito had planned, but Soviet Intervention caused Bulgaria to isolate itself from the rest of the world turning into a Soviet-aligned Communist Dictatorship. Milosevic hated to do such a thing but if he was gonna keep Yugoslavia united and survive into the next century he had to transition the Socialist Republic into a federal one. He expanded Yugoslavia's borders to the rest of the Balkans with the one exception of Bulgaria.

Once he was ready to leave he was escorted back to the Presidential Train,
"Kajasevic, give me the current status of our Military" Ordered Slobodan
Boska Kajasevic, the Minister of Defense pulled out a file and read it out.
"4 Million man strong Military, but it hurts me to say that some of our equipment is in a dreadful state"
"I want us to modernize as fast as possible, who can we look to?"
"I'd suggest we'd keep Zastava arms, due to our good relations with both West and East we could at least ask the two at the same time"
"Right, ask both the Nations of the West and East if we can license manufacture equipment from the two sides. Gorbachev seems to be a nice person, maybe he can hand us Bulgaria peacefully"

Boska saluted and left the President at peace. He arranged and sent requests to Nations both aligned with NATO and the Warsaw pact for Licencing to produce Vehicles and Weapons.
Milosevic sent Gorbachev a letter kindly requesting that in a treaty, Bulgaria is to dismantle it's current government and join the current Greater Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. He also stated that he would be willing to visit Moscow for some talks.

The USWCaA has attained a fragile peace between the two larger countries of the USA and Canada. Keven Myers has stopped giving money to Taiwan to prevent any other tensions with other countries.

As Keven Myers sat in his office seat he increased military spending it a fifth of the GDP of the country to fend of further attacks. Meanwhile, delegates were sent to the US to increase relations, once again to prevent attacks.

After seeing the USWCAA stop funding Taiwan, Moa II extends his hand of friendship to the nation and offers for a meeting between our two countries to be hosted in Beijing and also invites the British to the event.
The bombardment of culture into Mongolia begins and they receive it well although more work is yet to be done before any integration can occur and Moa II believes the next step is a trade agreement wich he offers to the Mongolians in order to further unite the two.
The troop movements begin to increase as well as navel activity in the South China Sea although war has yet to be declared.

Mazada sat in his office pondering. He had a goal, and that was to restore the glorious Japanese Empire, but there was a problem. He couldn't do it if America was on his back, he couldn't do it with China already being weary of Japan, and he sure as hell couldn't do it if the general populace wouldn't support the military, so know he had to think.

He had to play his cards right, and always think 6 steps ahead of his enemy. Just then he smirked, "Get me on the phone with the chairman of China." He had a plan to get rid of China, and leave them unsuspecting. He would apologize for Japan's crimes for WW2 in person, it would take China of his back, and depending how well received it was it would also lead to him getting foreign aid such a money, weapons, and he would get the support if the general populace.

Japan's economy was strong, and the world unsuspecting. He would use their ignorance to to his advantage, and on a map his eyes faced South Korea, they would know true power first.

Myers is welcomed to Beijing with the utmost respect and is lead to the meeting room where Moa II has been waiting. Moa stood up and gave the man a handshake and said "please sit down and let us discuss why i brought you here just next to my glorious nation i have a problem that goes by the name of japan and to keep japan in check having you as an Allie would be great honor"

The mongolians have accepted the trade and the next step is an alliance with the Mongolians wich is immediately sent.
Taiwan
at exactly 2:58 Moa II issued the formal declaration of war against Taiwan and claims unity of the two Chinese republics and completing unfinished business as there cassus belli. The first and fourth fleets are immediately sent to blockade the country and destroy there navy while 50000 trips are loaded on to transports headed for The republic of china or more commonly known as Taiwan and the air force takes off including bombers to bomb the island nation.
MEETING
Moa agrees to aid them financially after signing a peace of paper "that there was the declaration of war on Taiwan will you join in the war?"

OOC: The Polish are a puppet government. Keep in mind, we're going to liberalise even further and go down a route like China's, but with human rights, so they might complain, but freedom will be large in all SSRs.

Soon later, A fleet of 5 destroyers, 3 Frigates, and one small Aircraft Carrier are sent out to taiwan, as soon as the fleet has left 3 helicopters carrying 500 troops to Taiwan as well.

Japan ask for an alliance with the USWCaA. Japan uses its resources to focus on education. Military spending also seems to be on the rise, a low one, but steady never the less.

MIlitary spending is increased again, and the alliance is denied. Expecting an attack Anti Aircraft guns are ready and manned and a naval blockade along the coast is set up.
