Issues not passing, not getting new ones

I have it set so that I receive issues twice a day, it isn't in vacation mode, and I have four issues pending legislation. They have been pending legislation for nearly three days. Is there a fix to this?

You're not getting updates at all - you're still a 5 million nation, and you should have grown to 7 or 8 million by now.

Try moving into a different region. Updates are done on a regional basis, and it doesn't look like your region recognizes that you're there.
