There's been a lot of unrest in Snakelan during the past two months, but what has happened as a result of this civil unrest is not new. In fact, the very same event from one-hundred years ago is what created the very movement that has re-ignited this rebellion. But, there is no time to explain what I am referring to. What I can explain, is that after being on the brink of it for some weeks, revolution has finally struck Snakelan.
In about ten Kyrylashkan cities, history repeated itself: The ten cities were all being struck with protests, and from which Anarchist militias were beginning to form. But this wasn't intended to be an armed-uprising like the previous ones. The Podzemnyy Anarkhist Dvizheniye intended this dynamite stick to [i]explode...
During the protests, anarchist militias started to appear. The militias were of great numbers, occupying about 1/3 of their respective cities. The Militias began to walk to the front of the protesting crowds, since the City PDs were not directly right in-front of the protesting masses. The Anarchist militias went through the crowd, some lined up and walked around what ever spaces the protesters did not occupy. Eventually, the Anarchist militias were in-front of the crowds, Acting as a defense if the City PDs were to charge.
After some time, a figure emerged from the militia crowd, who, while wearing a black T-shirt with a red-star on it, was wearing a bulletproof vest on underneath. He was also wearing a hammer-and-sickle ushanka and a mouth-less-ski mask, only exposing his eyes. He ran to the top of a platform from which he began shouting to the crowd to listen. He began a speech:
"Comrades," He began, "We have suffered long enough! Why do we continue to protest, When time and time again, it has proven to be a jester's effort? The Snakelan PD. They do not give the slightest damn if we rally with signs, We may have banners but they have guns, batons, maces, all sorts of tools to beat us into silence. To keep us enslaved in our chains. But, we have proven ourselves, The Anarchists of Snakelan, to be a strong force, A force who shall fight to the last man. To the last shot of the Kalashnikov. We have risen up and we have taken a stand against the tyranny of Fishy, Whether it be through armed-combat, aiding of the proletarian-comrades in Kyrylashka, or in the case of the man who stands before you, through the spreading of revolutionary knowledge!"
From that, he pulled his mask off and revealed himself to be a familiar face, A face no-one has seen for the past month....The man was Eric Uil'yam, A Libertarian-Communist who attempted the brave act of assassinating Fishy. The Anarchists stood in awe, but the Snakelan PD was not so happy to see the return of their foe. The Snakelan PD began approaching the crowd, but the Anarchist militias pulled their guns up, Ready to defend the masses.
"I see," He said, "That you weren't expecting me to return. I also see that the Snakelan PD is not so happy to see the face that tried to kill the scum they serve and protect," Eric Uil'yam taunted.
"ERIC UIL'YAM" A PD officer exclaimed through a megaphone, "DUE TO YOUR TREASON AGAINST THE STATE AND SNAKELAN, WE SHALL TAKE YOU INTO OUR CUSTODY AND YOU SHALL BE KILLED AS PUNISHMENT FOR SUCH CHARGES."
"Over our dead bodies!" An anarchist in the crowd exclaimed, raising a flag into the air. The anarchists in the crowd began to cuss at the police, some even flipping them off.
"Comrades, Comrades, what does it mean to yell at them? To flip them off? It means nothing. You can't smash the state by insulting and offending it; you smash the state by beating it dead!" Eric Uil'yam said.
"Anarchists of this crowd, it is the time to rise! Yes, you may be armed with only your fists, but you have the might of the militias to aid you! And if one of us is to fall, shall we continue the chain to the last man! May we continue the efforts of our comrades when they themselves can no longer do so! It is time to bring about revolution! TODAY, THE REBELLION RETURNS!"
The anarchists, both militant and protester, applauded Eric Uil'yam. Uil'yam raised his gun, loaded it, And pointed it towards the Snakelan PD. When Eric Uil'yam shouted and yelled, "BURN THE COUNCIL!" The Protesters and the militias all charged together in one big anarchist mass. War raged in the streets.
Shots were fired, Punches and kicks were thrown, Teeth and legs broken, It was absolute bloody carnage, As the militias and the armed Riot Police clashed, And the protesters and the Snakelan PD Clashed. Eventually, The Anarchists fought and battled their way through until they were upon city hall, Home of the City-Council.
Eric Uil'yam stood in front, With his AK-47 loaded, His combat knives wrapped around him, And his ushanka tipping from the drastic and eccentric dashes, skips, jumps, dives, and other maneuvers he had to pull while leading the Anarchists to war. His ushanka was sprayed in a coat of blood, As it bared sight to the murder of dozens to hundreds of policemen, Both officers and riot-police. To accompany his bloodied ushanka, His coat as well was partially laced with crimson.
Eric Uil'yam turned to the militias and the protesters, And began:
"Well, Comrades, We have done it. After the blood, the murder, the slaughter, the battle, the war, We have finally made it. But, We aren't finished yet. You know what this means!"
Eric Uil'yam then opened his pocket, And took out a picture of Constatin Alexandru, One of the city-council men. He asked a militant comrade to light a match, And when he did, He gave Eric the match. Eric lit the picture on fire, And let it smolder and fall to the ground. When it landed, He stomped on it with his boot a couple of times, Then finished with a shot from his Desert Eagle. "That's what were gonna do!" He yelled to the crowd after finishing his demonstration.
Armed riot police, Similar to the ones in the Snakashke Riot in August, lined up in-front of the Budynok Rad, The seat of the municipal government of the city. They, like nearly three months ago, We're armed with M16s and Glocks, Along with other arms and weaponry. They stood there with guns pointed towards the militia, To intimidate. The Militias simply returned the same stance. After a short stand-off of glares, The Militias and protesters charged the riot-police, Flying their banner as they ran to war. At that second, War broke loose once more.
After that, They stormed the doors, Gunning them and blowing them off with grenades. The Protesters and militias charged into it, Where they were once again greeted with more battle by the guards in there. Once they fended off the guards, They stampeded towards the doors of the council-room.
The Council-men were horrified by the sight of militias and protesters bursting through the doors. The Militias and the protesters, Upon sight, attacked them, and the militias finished them off with their guns.
Eric Uil'yam, With the militias accompanying him, exited the former-doors of the Budynok Rad and stood on the steps. Eric Uil'yam then exclaimed to the crowd: "Brethren! The Council-men are dead! Power is no longer in the hands of that mini-oligarchy! Now, We the People, The Workers, have the power!"
The crowd and militias cheered him on. Eric Uilyam then began waving the banner they flew throughout the hard-battle. A militaman took down the Red Unity flag that flew above the Budynok Rad, And replaced it with their anarchist flag.
While this happened, Similar battles were waged in other cities around the area, All falling under Anarchist control. The Podzemnyy Anarkhist Dvizheniye had planned this uprising, and like they hoped for, The dynamite stick blew. This was the beginning of Revolution.
OOC: This is my first roleplay, Apologies if rusty.
OOC #2: Down below will be a short description of the Podzemnyy Anarkhist Dvizheniye(Which I'm not referring to the movement, I am referring to the armed-party of the conflict this time). There will also be the rules that shall apply through the entirety of this roleplay unless I change one through this roleplay.
OOC #3: I have three drafts I must post, So do not post any thing before I post the next three: "Premier Fishy Hears The News", and "Fishy's Message." So, until those two are posted, you can not post.
