A popular sport/activity. Encouraged as long as done safely on public property or private property with the owner's permission. Private building owners often allow this as long as done safely.

Health insurance companies may charge people who do this higher rates.

Law enforcement usually doesn't respond to private building owners who complain as law enforcement usually has more severe crimes to respond to.
A person who does this on private buildings when the owner of the building doesn't want them to, might be given a warning not to do it again, or small fine.
Sky scrappers usually have their own private security. police rarely respond when private security should be able to deal with it.

Many Freemopians are capable of climbing tall buildings without high risk of injury.

Urban Climbing is highly discouraged by Police Enforcers, due to the fact that strong winds and very tall buildings do not go well together.

That aside, it isn't very popular since most people are well-educated enough to know that they will most likely die if they climb up an extremely tall building with an extremely long drop below them. Though some young daredevils still attempt this on occasions. Punishment for Urban Climbing ranges from a fine to Ico-Cell time at the very worst.

Sjovenia remains indifferent on the issue however offenders, usually trespassing or disorderly conduct, get a fine. Laws will be enacted in favor of Urban Climbers as long as safety protocols are followed.
