Co-OPs will enforce the rules, make sure people don't start flame wars, and other things. All of the people mentioned are also spread across the world(when including me), so we will be able to enforce rules(hopefully)all the time.
Rules
1. No trolling, at all.
2. No godmodding.
3. No coming on the thread and screaming "ABORTION SHOULD BE FREE FOR EVERYONE! LEGALISE IT IN YOUR NATIONS OR ELSE!"... Like someone did on the last one. If they do come on, respond once and kindly ask them to stop, if they say "NO, YOUR ALL THE SAME! I WON'T LISTEN TO YOU! LEGALISE ABORTION OR ELSE!" still, just ignore them and ruin their fun.
4. To clarify the No Godmodding rule, we have a demonstration:
MYLAND LAUNCHES 1182921919282 NUCLEAR MISSILES AT YOURLAND, AND EVERYONE IS KILLED!!! THEN WE MOVE IN IN OUR SPECIAL RADIATION SUITS THAT ARE SO SO FUTURISTIC EVEN THOUGH WE'RE STILL IN 1950, BUT WHO CARES I HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THE RULES AHAHAHAHHAHA.
Now, onto rule 5.
5. We're on Earth. This means no talking unicorns or fictional landmasses falling from space daily.
6. Atom Bombs = ALLOWED. But only in amounts up to... 1. Keep in mind I said ATOM, not NUCLEAR, so don't you dare start launching NUCLEAR bombs all over the place.
7. Thermonuclear Bombs = NOT ALLOWED. We're in October 1945 guys.
8. You may only be a real-life nation.
9. You may only claim 2 nations at the start.

Consisting of: Soviet Union, India

Goals: To make the Soviet Union powerful, and to unite the Communist nations as one.
Quick Backstory: In August, when Stalin died only a few months after Roosevelt, the Communist Party suffered disaster. However, a more Libertarian official than Stalin managed to seize power with the help of the Communists who had been jailed under Stalin, and didn't want to stay in jail under Molotov. Soon, India declared itself independent from the British Empire, and declared itself part of the Soviet Union by the 28th September. The West has not made a official statement on this yet.
