Here is the OOC Exantos wanted me to create. Yay.

Rules:
-All nations (except for Hale Isles) may only deploy 50,000 troops.
-No Godmodding, be polite, etc.
-No one-liners

I'll be inviting two other nations to join your side and then myself, Congreveopia, and Llamaopia will be squaring off against you and those two nations. They are good RPers so you'll be able to learn from them a great deal.

Not that I know anything about the IC war right now, but I've been looking for a good conflict for some months, mow. Supposing I take an interest in the war, would this thread be open to others by approval?

Raltiran, it may be opened to others as it is a non-canon war. However at the moment we want to improve Hale isles Rping as Hale has just started a nation. Hale in response to your question. Once I bring in the other Rper's and you meet them i will throw up the IC. Congreveopia and I will work on a backstory. After that we will probably start the RP and once we get it going we may make it open to applications. (Directed for you information Raltira) This is mainly because there are is always the chance that a Roleplay will fail and we'd prefer to try and make this one succeed. So once the first few posts are thrown up and we start posting regularly we may throw it open for applications. However I will need to discuss that with Congreveopia over a cup of tea and some biscuits.

I'd be happy to help Hale, if you don't mind my offering. I'm not opposed to playing with newcomers by any means, but I understand if you'd rather keep this closed for the time being.

Also, what will the stated reason be for our attack? Hale Isles, we are planning to attack you for the simple reason that we want land, money, etc. We obviously can't say that in our press releases, though, so we need an official reason to attack.

Official reason= Exantos was recently attacked by terrorists and we *traced* them back to hale isles. We will enter as a peacekeeping force and try to clean up the country. If they *wish* they will get to join the great nation of Exantos afterwards.

So, are you saying you faked terrorist attacks against your nation so that you could annex a weaker nation while claiming to act in defense of your national interests? Sounds good to me, although you do seem to be peeking Japan's test during the final exam, if you know what I mean.

BTW, I updated my factbook with some maps, and I'll try to mark down my major military bases before this starts. Let me know if there's anything else you want to know.

Potentially in the future. Not right now. The title says closed, and when the RP is in a state other than that, the title will reflect it, and then you may be able to join.

As far as I know, America was stupidly responding to a real attack, not responding to one they staged. Are you asking Hale Isles to do an attack on you, or will you be orchestrating the attack yourself?

Oh, by the way, I'm the OP and if anyone takes this as a jumping off point to debate whether the US government caused 9/11 (which is totally outside of the purpose of this thread), you will be banned from the RP. You have one warning each.

It's retconning for your plane to suddenly have a fighter escort. You would need to have mentioned it in your post. You are welcome to have them suddenly arrive, but they will need to start outside my airspace, where they are too far away to do any good.
