World Baseball Classic XXXII (signups open)

As the president of the World Baseball Classic Council, it is my pleasure and honor to open sign ups and host bidding for the 32nd edition of the World Baseball Classic. To indicate your sign up and/or to submit a host bid, please reply to this message in this thread.

Article VIII of the World Baseball Classic Constitution mandates me to set a definitive deadline for when host bids must be received by, and I therefore set that date as December 10, 2014, at midnight Beijing time. If host bids are received before that time, the deadline may be cut and a 48 hour warning given for any remaining host bids to come in. If you bid to host, your bid should at least somewhat resemble the winning bid from last time, Nova Anglicana and Imota's Bid.

Puppets are allowed at a maximum of one per nation and must be confirmed by the master nation, but in the end, it is up to the host whether to include them or not.This post also acts as a signup for Super-Llamaland.
