HISTORY
The Wexler Industrial Corporation was created in Radicchio by the Industrial Tooling Act of 1902 and at that time it was known as "Radicchi Industrial Tools and Equipment," the company was incorporated as a privately offered and traded company in 1933 at which point the board adopted the name of it's President: Daniel Wexler.
The primary goal of Wexler was to serve as a public, colonially funded corporation intended to develop commercial and industrial tooling and equipment for manufacturing. Although the corporation was initially regulated and operated by the Colonial Governors, it is now primarily owned by 13 equal partners who form the corporate board and control 79% of the company's private stock, the other 21% is owned by some major corporations and independent investors. Wexler began operations with its headquarters in Central City, District #1, in 1902, with a six-person founding board of directors appointed by Governor James Francis Matt (chief of an exploritory committee on Industrialization.) The original Board was made up of: Donald Wexler who served as Chairman (until his resignation in May 1903); Leonard Drech, Victor Parinchinko, Martha Wallace-Kennedy, Maxwell Marx, Daniel Treefeather, and Jackson Bruce.

In August 1904, Wexler helped create and was majority owner in the Colonial Automobile Manufacturing Consortium (CAMC), a Colonial satellite organization with the goal of engineering a standardized method for automobile manufacturing which could be applied to all models from all manufacturers in the colonies, today the CAMC has 41 member from all 35 Colonial Districts and the neighboring Republic of Bottany Bay Colony.

In 1948 the Wexler board acquired ownership of a number of firearms patents and began producing several popular models domestically under the Wexler Arms brand.

On November 5, 1955 Wexler launched the popular "Jitty" series of utility vehicles which now dominate the Radicchian auto industry. Since the Jitty's Introduction, Wexler Industrial has grown in ways never imagined, expanding into the manufacturing of many different products.
To further their work in the automotive industry, in September 1959 Wexler opened the Wexler Industrial Laboratories, a research and development arm, in Marystown, District #20, in 1964 Wexler announced the first major breakthrough from their Industrial Laboratories, an innovative rotary casting method which would become the standard in all forms of manufacturing throughout the colonies.

The following year, Wexler built a state of the art facility in District #20 for the manufacture of it's "Jitty 5" Utility Vehicles, the Jitty 5 was the first to be offered in a 5 speed manual transmission with an integrated transfer case, offering both 2 wheel and 4 wheel drive capability. Through their rotary casting methods, the Jitty 5 was not only an affordable option for the common traveler or working colonist, but it also quickly gained a reputation as a rugged and dependable automobile. The Jitty 5 and Jitty 6 series utility vehicles earned the nickname "bushhopper" among the youth of the time, who saw it as the ultimate escapist vehicle, capable of carrying them deep into the Colonial wilderness and underbrush where it took on cultural icon status because of its ability to climb over or through almost any obstacle.
Image

Following many public complaints and widely publicized disagreements with other auto manufacturing companies and Wexler, the Governors Council created the Open Book Policy in January, 1974.
This policy authorized the creation of factories in all districts which were tooled with state of the art equipment and specifically the proprietary Wexler Rotary Casting equipment. These facilities would be for the open use of manufacturers of all kinds to produce parts for their automobiles which would drive down costs and encouraged competition between different companies.
Wexler was given the contract to build these facilities and in exchange they were forced to give up the patent rights to their Rotary Casting technology.
This was seen as a major defeat for Wexler who at the time was forced to accept a longterm structured contract and give up it's competitive edge however in 1977 Wexler built, three new facilities in District #7, not geared towards building automotive technology, but instead developing and marketing state of the art hardware technologies in communications, computing and most effectively; in Audio/Radio technology for maritime communications.
The late 1970s signaled a major period of diversification for Wexler Industrial. Wexler began it's work in maritime technologies and applied its rotary casting methods to the production of small coastal support vessels as well as underwater welding technology.
Over the next decade Wexler Industrial continued to build and improve upon it's Jitty 8, 9 and 10 series vehicles which had taken on a life as a popular conveyance for the common man however other companies dominated the industry in family, sport and luxury cars as well as specialty vehicles. Sales of the Jitty slipped and for a time it seemed that Wexler would discontinue it's long running and iconic automobile.
Image
The Jitty 9 produced from 1984-1987 was the first Jitty ever made
available in a variety of color options, this was done in an attempt
to boost sales.
.

Wexler secured several contracts in this period which cemented it's place in the Telecommunications industry. They developed satellites which once launched began provided 2-way communication for a number of cruise ships in the Bottany Bay area and other offshore applications. The ship on-board system included antenna stabilized with 3-axis gimbals, beacon signal receiver and an active control system to search and lock the antenna on the satellite during the ship maneuvers and severe waves. The system was called "LookUp" and was originally developed at Wexler Industrial Laboratories. In 1995 the system was sold to the Bottany Bay company Darkin Maritime Data Systems for use on their floating oil rigs, Darkin now contracts all marine communications in the Colonies.
In 1998, amid the Border Wars" Wexler began producing Handheld radio, Land Portable radio, satellite and Central Communications systems for use by volunteers in the field, this new technology also lead to the development of widespread cellular communications in Radicchio after the war.
In 2001 Wexler Industrial Laboratories announced that it would be contracting foreign launch systems to place 13 high value communications satellites into orbit.
These satellites would signal the end of nearly 30 years of LookUp technology.

Communications Networking Technology
.

In this new, ambitious phase, Wexler Laboratories would build 11 ground based communications stations, each of which was a fully self contained National communications hub. From each of these stations Wexler would operate a News service, Radio Station, Television network and Cellular Phone Data service, all tied into their new Satellite network and secured through software based encryption. Wexler Laboratories had a few tricks up their sleeve that quickly made this new communications network the only name in the Radicchian communications game.
First was their new Non Oscillating Receiver Dynamics Satellite technology (NORDSAT) which provided multi band receiving without the use of an Oscillating receiver, drastically improving data transmission rates. Next was their business model; Wexler Industrial planned to offer this full range of communication services 100% free, generating their revenue from advertising and product placement.

Once the Governors council approved the creation of Wexler Communications, the modern era Wexler Industrial empire had been cemented into the lives of Radicchian Citizens.

Today, the Wexler empire is still headed by the same family which gave it it's name: David and Saul Wexler serve as CEO and CFO of Wexler Industrial, they are the twin sons of visionary President James Allen Wexler, grandsons of Daniel Wexler and great-grandsons of the original board president Donald Wexler.

Pictured here in a recent Radicchian Sun Times Interview, are the Wexler Twins David (left) and Saul (Right.)
David is currently CEO of Wexler Industrial while his brother Saul serves as the company's Financial officer (CFO) and personally oversees the mamoth company's accounting firms. The two brothers share a seat on the Wexler Board and are well known for their constant agreement on business matters.

David and Saul oversee a massive business empire that includes:

Postby Radicchio » Sun Oct 26, 2014 7:53 pm

Wexler Autmotive

The W515 engine family is a straight-5 Diesel engine from Wexler Automotive used from 1995-CURRENT in the Wexler Jitty, series Utility Vehicle. It is an engineering and design descendant of the W414 straight-4 Diesel which was used from 1984-1994 in the Wexler Jitty series. The W414 and W515 engine series are widely considered to be one of the most reliable engines ever utilized in a production quality automobile, Wexler executives and auto Historians widely agree that the Engine series is the key reason for the Jitty's continuing survival as an automotive brand.
In recent years the W515 and the entire Jitty Series has become VERY popular among the green technology movement who have found that it runs cleanly and readily on waste oils as well as algae and vegetable based biofuels.

Wexler Tools

Wexler tool makes a limited amount of it's proprietary manufacturing technologies leave the Radicchio Islands to protect manufacturing techniques and patent rights, the technologies listed below are sold under a limited license for OEM manufacturing purposes and any attempt at reverse engineering or reproduction of these technologies is strictly prohibited.

The state of the art in rotary casting methods, able to produce cast parts in an 80% complete state from a variety of grades of carbon and high carbon steel including but not limited to: 1137 heat-treated, 1095 annealed and 8620 TOOL. As well as several varieties of hardened and case hardened stainless.
The Rotary casting machine uses high speed rotors to force molten steel into intricate molds, producing parts which require little or no tooling and only a minimum of finishing. The patented process utilizes a high pressure "fining" chamber to alter the polar structure of the steel, and allow it to maintain a liquid form for a longer period which allows the various grades and states of the steel to be formed inside of the machine through a series of rapid heating and cooling actions. Finally, a series of interchangeable hydraulic piston dyes and indexable reciprocating cutting surfaces will lend near finished shape to the part utilizing a the most modern spin on what amounts to ancient blacksmithing techniques.

This complicated but controlled process allows pump housings, cams, multi faces seers and even whole valve assemblies to be formed in seconds without the time consuming and wasteful CAD or ADM tooling methods common to the modern factory.
We here at Wexler are committed to this production methods and it has become the market standard among all machine made products within the Radicchio Colony.
We are so committed to it's excellence and superiority over CAD and ADM methods, that with every sale, we relocate a Wexler maintenance engineer to your facility who will train your staff to program, operate, integrate and maintain this equipment alongside existing machinery in your factory setting. We provide this maintenance and engineering service for 1 year, free of charge and during that year we have a 100% repair and replacement warranty on all parts of the #2010 rotary casting machine.

The HD9 All purpose robotic arm is a workhorse of the manufacturing industry, it can be fitted with ADM tooling heads, advanced boron microwelding tools, grip and lift mechanisms capable upto 2100 lb. it's advanced hydraulic drive, programmable and reactive motion computer and session learning control, allow it to take on any factory role with versatility.

Our overseas clients had to be very persuasive to convince the Wexler family to release this technology outside of the islands.
It features a series of microcontrolled overhead robotic arms which control a central "printer" head, this head contains three micro-jet nozels which can spray a variety of materials at tremendous pressures.
It can be used for monomer assembly, bio-plastics printing, carbon fiber and fiberglass composite layering and a variety of other materials which can be form laid to produce almost any shape or design.
However it's development here at Wexler was in the production of multilayered carbon nanotubes, specifically, a tri-walled structure which consists of a pure carbon outer layer with a spiral structure nanofilament support structure which reinforces the tube ad a carbon>cadmium-Organocadmium "pictofiber" structure within which supports the transfer of microburst electronic signals.
The ultimate use of this technology has not yet come to fruition, however Wexler has agreed to sell the mechanical technology (the 3Jet composite printer) which a number of nations have began using in place of traditional resin bonding for the purposes of producing carbon fiber boat hulls and aircraft wings.
The 3JET printers themselves are quite inexpensive to produce, what you do with them, tha is upto your engineers and their ability to absorb and utilize new technologies.

Wexler Energy Solutions
The processing of Lithium for battery and electronic use is an in demand need and yet few nations posses the technology to do on a large scale.
With Wexler's amazing new modular lithium processing technologies, you can set up a laboratory grade processing facility on an industrial scale.
A single set of these machines will produce 2 kilos of laboratory grade non-ionized lithium, suspended in an oxidization insulating foam product EVERY HOUR! Operating round the clock that is over 8 tons of elementally pure lithium per year with just 2 machines!
No need for complex laboratory settings and support staff, no need for highly trained engineers...
So user friendly that a general education workforce can be trained to operate it safely...

Image
One our revolutionary processes of processing lithium begins by taking raw lithium hydro-chloride in its initial stage of lithium production ad processing it by electrolysis rather than be concentration and evaporation used in the traditional method.
This takes place in large outdoor brine concentration ponds where the raw lithium is introduced to water of a slightly alkaline PH and the overall concentration of suspended lithium is allowed to rise to approximately six percent through the addition of lithium hydro-chloride to the pool.
Once the required concentration is reached, the brine is pumped into a plant that uses our sacrificial copper anode electrolysis process to producing lithium carbonate and hydroxide as end products.
It is recommended by the engineers here at Wexler to co-locate potassium ponds at the same facility as the brine ponds for the manufacture of potassium chloride to be carried out in parallel to the lithium production process.
Once concentrated by the machinery, lithium carbonate can be sold in a bulk form or blended with aluminum to produce a stable pseudo-ore for shipping.
These machines are made to be sold as stand alone units which can be set up in tandem at a larger brine processing facility for continuous, largescale operation.
PRICE: $320,000 NSD per Unit.

Image
The next step in our revolutionary process is the combination of lithium carbonate and crystalline carbon under high heat and pressure in a series of processing kilns which super heat the two elements in an oxygen-free environment before exposing a measured amount of the super heated material to an electrical charge of 25 KillaVolts. This charge causes the lithium and carbon to momentarily transverse into a plasma form and then recombine in a perfect crystalline structure within the kiln.
Once this process is completed, the Lithium Carbonate is is removed from the kilns and put through a non-sacrificial electrolytic process in one of three electrolytic vats where lithium and potassium chlorides are fused to produce unstable metallic lithium which is suspended in a synthetic oil containing sticky atomic structures which bond to the metallic lithium and suspend the remaining carbon crystals. This "Oil" solution is designed to insulate between the lithium and the carbon to prevent true electrolytic bonding of the now pure lithium and pure carbon.
Finally, this oil which is between 79% and 91% elementally pure lithium is pumped into a high pressure containment vessel and then released through a "foaming nozzle" which introduces nitrogen gas to the oil and produces a thick, heavyweight foam in which the lithium and carbon are suspended, inertly.
This grey-blue foam is the final product in the process and can be shipped stably and unmonitored in standard plastic barrels for shipping.
These machines are made to be sold as stand alone units which can be set up in tandem at a larger processing facility for continuous, largescale operation.
Price: $800,000 NSD

Dear Supreme Ruler James Benjamin of the Sad States,

First, thank you Very Much for your inquiry.

We here at Wexler Industrial very pleased to fill your order.
The products on your list will be no problem at all, the PSC 7-30 Bold action Rifles will be available within the week as our production volume on this item is around 300 units per week. We currently have 150 PPPS111 in warehouse which we can ship immediately, the other 50 units will arrive along with the Bolt Action Rifles by the end of the week.

The X-7 Welding bell requires extensive quality control testing to ensure performance at depth and as such, though they can be assembled and running within about 10-14 days, however x-raying the welds, pressure testing the fuel tanks and of course a full dive test will be required to ensure that the Bells you receive meet the highest standards of Wexlar Marine Technologies.
Expect delivery of the first two X=7 Welding bells by the first of December, and the other two by the first of the year.

Finally, the Nordsat Facility. We can dispatch a team of surveyors and environmental impact specialists immediately to begin the process of locating the facility.
If all goes well, they will have found the optimal site in a few weeks, once the site has been selected and approved by you and your people, we will dispatch a crew of engineers to your nation who will excavate the site for all necessary in-ground fixtures, install the downlink core itself and then begin the construction process of the studio and call center.
The ENTIRE facility is modular and built right here in District #1 on the Radicchian Big Island, Installation of the facility goes quickly and though there will be some additional concrete work and internal finishing to be done, we could have your downlink online by the first of the year.

Please confirm transfer of funds by 5pm tomorrow to ensure that your shipment arrives at the earliest possible time.

I would like to thank you again on behalf of Wexler Industrial and the whole of the Radicchio Colony, I hope that we can conclude this business quickly. I hope that we can do business again in the future.
In the meantime, please, feel free to browse our other product lines and if you have any questions, feel free to message me.

The BT-48s and P.A.B.S.T. systems can be shipped immediately with no wait at all.

Finally, the NORDSAT Facility. We can dispatch a team of surveyors and environmental impact specialists immediately to begin the process of locating the facility.
