Over a period of 7 months, communist rebels have been increasing in size in the province of Vonde. Their current size is around 2,000, and although they are very small, they scatter around and kill as many police and soldiers as possible. We might have spotted more in other provinces, although these aren't confirmed. If they grow too large, a civil war may begin. However, if this happens, they obviously won't win. The bravery, courage, and strength of our military will turn them into nothing but ash and corpses.

The fact that we have technically destroyed the communists in such a quick amount of time displays our military strength. We are open to any nations who wish to help support the capture of this man, who we have given the code name "Snowball". Following his near total military defeat in Maitea, the People's Republic of Cedoria has officially granted political asylum to the revolutionary leader known as 'Snowball'. We of course are opposed to the violent reactionary attempts by the Maitean government to stop the people's revolution, and our granting of asylum to Snowball is a reflection of this.

Because Snowball and many others have suffered political persecution at Maitea's hands, we are willing to have him in Cedoria indefinitely, under the protection of the People's Intelligence Agency. Do not attempt to reach him here, as doing so will only anger us and motivate us to take more action against you.

The only evil here is that of the corrupt, Imperialist regime of Maitea which oppresses it's people and keeps them in a state of poverty. Here in Maitea, everyone has the freedom of speech and of the press, and anybody can say anything at anytime. I can't believe that these people would give protection to such a devious and lustful man."

I would request the Maitean Emperor look at the Human Development Index of Maitea and Cedoria and compare the difference. Then I would urge him to look at the levels of income equality, ours is extremely high, yours is virtually non-existent. I would then urge him to look at the healthcare and educational levels of the two nations. Once this is done, the he will hopefully see the light, our people don't eat rats, they are happy, well-fed, equal and prosperous. Yours are the poverty-stricken ones, and your pretence to democracy is only to serve the interests of socio-economic elites.

'Snowball' is fleeing from political persecution, and we have granted him asylum. Your dictatorial government cannot get to him.

Maitean soldiers continue to hunt down communists, and have killed around 98 in the past 2 weeks. Meanwhile, unaware to anyone besides the Emperor and his most highly trusted generals, are considering an eventual invasion of Cedoria to increase the empire, work towards the elimination of communism, and capture snowball. They have no plans on invading any time soon, as for a successful invasion to take place, they'd have to work towards increasing their land which means more military size as well. One general suggested invading multiple weak nations over a course of time, and eventually invade by surprise once the military outsizes or is equal to the Cedorian armed forces.

President Alex Linden has expressed his support for your nation in eradicating Communists. He is sending a battalion of 2,000 Infantry men and 200 planes to fight those Commies. They await for approval to enter your nation and they need to know where to land.
