The year is 1936. Its been 3 years since Hitler has taken seat as Furher of Germany, and he has began re-arming Germany ever since. A shadow of war is forming over Europe as countries bicker about what to do, who owns what, and how to deal with this and that. America has became isolated from Europe, as it wants nothing to do with their matter's. Japan and China fight each other, while India protests for freedom from Britain. The world is in chaos. Can you deal with it?

The Mexican capital was stricken with poverty from the Great Depression. Mexico was still rebuilding itself after the revolution and had only just finished the rebuilding process when the Depression hit in 1930. Regardless, the Mexican Government still tried to find ways to improve the nation's situation. The goods produced in Central America brought much income to the economy, but without the industry to produce consumer goods, the resources in the south won't do much.

Antonio and his Nationalist Party has recently came to power. After 1932, the people voted for the Nationalists after the Liberal government failed to address the economic crisis. When the Nationalists were elected into power, they were able to slightly improve the nation's economic situation by 1935. The nationalists now control 65% of the Senate and 70% of the House of Deputies. With most of the government under their control, the Nationalists were able to pass the laws they wanted.

Antonio and the Nationalists made a series of new laws to help the economy. All farms were ordered to join into groups of large plantations which would be run and owned by the government. This would help increase the growth of food and cash goods like cotton so more may be sold or produced into something better. The next law allowed for industries to gain more workers while keeping above the required minimum wage of 2.00 Pesos. Industries would also be subsidized by the government to increase production and efficiency.

Adolf Hitler's office was previously attacked by a suicidal bomber team, killing 2 Marshal's, 5 Generals, 10 Colonels, and 21 Minister's. Hitler's guard was responsible for it. So, he recently had a guard of 25 loyal SS Waffen Gaurds come with him. He went to Mexico because no one would look for him there. When his plane landed, the guards exited, and secured the perimeter of the plane. They were armed with Assault Rifles, 10 of which were armed with MG's.

The workers at the airport were doing their normal duties as usual. Some were refueling planes and others were helping passengers on board of the planes they needed to be on. Most hadn't noticed when Hitler's plane landed at first as they believed it was a regular passenger plane landing. The workers were shocked when German soldiers came out of the plane, armed to the teeth, with Hitler coming behind them. Most of the workers stopped what they were doing and began to back away from the soldiers. Soon, calls were coming to the police about the arrival and in turn, Antonio found out.

A force of 100 soldiers were being deployed at the airport to make sure that Hitler's guards don't hurt the civilians and to keep the civilians from going near Hitler. A limo was also being prepared for Hitler to ride in so he may be taken to meet Antonio to find the reasons that he was there. Police was also being deployed to block off roads and to make a path for the convoy.

Spain's economy is fairly weak when compared to other European nation, however there is great potential. I feel the same way when I look at Mexico. I would also like to invest in developing mines in your country, of course I'd like to see some profit for both of us. A 65-35 split of all earnings from Spanish owned industries with in Mexico. Mexico would enjoy the same split of earnings of Mexican owned industries in Spain. To sweeten the deal I'd like to add a 15% discount to all imports from Spain to Mexico.

A bill signed by me shall be sent to congress, increasing the flow of goods,oil,steel, and infrastructure to France, by perhaps 15% if that is acceptable! we also request our ships be protected when they near France, due tot he fact that the USA is a major economic power in this world, and trade is important to us, we also request that our naval vessels heading their be given a port to be stationed in while we consider actions against Germany.

" Tensions with Mexico, have been bad for quite sometime, and problems along the border have inly gotten worse since their revolution. As of now, we are instituting a total Trade Embargo upon Mexico, and a closed border with them as well, any actions taken against Americans within Mexico will be dealt with swiftly. The Navy has as well begun a blockade against the Pacific. Mexican coast, forbidding the entry of any trade vessels from that direction. As well, a possible blockade of the Gulf has been drawn up, and may be put into action depending upon how Talks with Mexico go. Thank you. Onto our next problem, the Second Factory Funds bill has been placed into effect, as you all know, a bill awhile ago has begun paying the workers of factories and areas more than the ones who order them, as well as bills improving the Workers safety and job security within factories. The Second Factory Funds bill will save 70% of closing Factories throughout the US, but as well put 10% more of the Factories in the USA under Government control, making 35% of manufacturing under our control. This bill will also give extra funds to factories producing goods important to us, such as common goods, infrastructure, steel and military items, this will increase their production by 9%, a good sum of goods being produced by these Factories. The US navy that blockaded the Mexican Pacific coast has brought much anger and resentment from not only the Nationalists, but the population as a whole. Antonio wished to avoid war, as the Mexican army was only 300,000 strong and the navy was nowhere near the power of the United States. Regardless, he wouldn't just sit back and allow the US to block off trade from other nations.

Meanwhile, the convoy has arrived outside the National Palace where the guards opened the limo's door and the captain walked up to Hitler and saluted. "Adolf Hitler, welcome to Mexico. Your arrival was unexpected. If you'll follow me, I will take you to our president." The captain turned and the guards formed up around Hitler and escorted him into the Palace.

To Spain:

We would gladly accept this offer with Spain, but I am sad to say that the recent trade embargo placed on us by the Imperialistic United States would stop both of us from benefiting from this. I am afraid that we must postpone this deal until the current situation is dealt with.

To the United States:

We demand that you remove your naval ships from our Pacific coast. You have NO right to stop trade from coming in from the Pacific as this action is unjust. We will not discuss with you any longer until your navy is removed from our coast.
