WWIII: 2030
Background: It is the year 2030 and the world is divided once more. This time by three superpowers, The United States led west (includes European Union, NATO, Japan, ANZUS and Brazil, Argentina and Colombia) is struggling for power with the newly formed Eurasian Union (Created when Russia annexed Belarus and Kazakstan, it dominates Central Asia and Peru/Bolivia, NOT COMMUNIST!) and China and it's sphere of influence (South East Asia & NK). Climaxes have reached there high after the Eurasian Union annexed the Eastern Provinces of Ukraine and the rest of Ukraine joined the EU. Continually, China led a full military invasion of Taiwan, killing many innocents in the process. Fearing war, all parties rapidly militarised until Russia, on a historic day on the twenty fifth of August, invaded the Ukraine. Knowing there was no way to prevent war between Eurasia and the west, both sides met in Geneva and laid down some ground rules.
These were:
There would be no weapons of mass destruction under any circumstances, WMD being: nuclear, chemical, rail gun, biological, EMPs etc.
POWs were to be treated humanely and with respect
No genocide of any ethnic group
Neutrality of any country must be respected
And thus the war began. With the rest of the world distracted, a joint force of China and North Korea attacked South Korea. China was then forced by both sides to sign the pact. That is where we are now, a bloody standoff in South Korea that know consists of brutal trench warfare and fighting in Ukraine and Belarus. It is now up to you to lead your country to victory and glory!
