The Free Kingdom of Allanea Requires Spoiled Milk

The Ministry of War of the Free Kingdom of Allanea wishes to procure a large quantity of milk. Because it is not intended to be used for food, it is possible for the milk be in less-than-usual quality, or past its expiration date.

Because the use we plan to have for this milk is fairly unconventional, it is possible for this to be cow milk, goat milk, powdered milk, or any other kind of milk that can be purchased in large quantities. We are happy to also entertain, for the purpose of our operations, the purchase of large quantities of sugar, high fructose corn syrup, and other agricultural organics.

These milk shipments should be delivered by us via the use of Allanean military oil tankers (GPT in size). Because the milk will not be at any point consumed by human beings or other sapients, hygiene failures are acceptable to an extent, as is the milk being spoiled.

Naturally we will not disclose the nature of our milk operations. On our side, all milk shipments will be handled by professional personnel in HAZMAT gear.

The foreign ministry is concerned about what one of the largest nations on earth is doing with all that milk. Although confused, not knowing what could possibly be done with all that milk, they are nonetheless concerned.

The ministry of defense has ordered that milk research be done in search of a way to combat whatever sinister plans Allanea has for the milk.

Details of Daughter: Her name is Jessica Yalwyatt. She is around 5'2 and is 14 years old, she has long curly brown hair and her foot size cannot be defined. Her nose is somewhat small. But she can smell very good. She loves to hunt and draw pictures of oceans.

More fascinatingly, paying 1 billion dollars for 180 tons of milk (assuming for a moment it weighs as much as water) suggests a cost of $5,555 dollars per liter of spoiled milk. or $5.5 dollars per liter. In comparison, a gram of silver costs 62 cents on the world market. You are offering me spoiled milk at a price of nearly nine times the spot price of silver.
