Quick Background:

Samuel Bulregard is a keen tactical genius who led the Ruol Army during the 2000-2010 Lolloh Wars against the nation of Lolloh and a few occasional allies. Bulregard received credit for several tactical victories which turned the tide of war against the formerly larger and more powerful nation of Lolloh.

Bulregard's genius is disputed among many though, as several claims of his mental state being slightly crazy have appeared throughout the wars and have recently been fully adopted by the Lollohian Government. Bulregard and his defenders claim such incidents which inspired these were merely tricks, such as Bulregard announcing to the public media of a plan to invade Lolloh which caused Lolloh to launch an unplanned assault on a massive trail of Ruol fortifications behind a Demilitarized Zone which resulted in the defeat of the Lolloh Army and the near-end of the wars.

Still, many are unable to defend Bulregard's constant calls for the nuking of Lolloh's former capital of Dekkar and current capital of Quevril. Bulregard himself claims these were again mearly tactical tricks, yet none of them truly amounted for anything except for a few Lollohian political blunders...

More realistically: We're slightly concerned that Bulregard will either
1. Significantly cool relations, which were on the verge of getting a Lollohian Embassy in Ruolnik; or
2. Making good on his promise to nuke Lolloh for the slightest provocation, or
3. Forcing the Kulgis Isles into a military pact similar to what happened on the Cevroniks

I have been thinking similar thoughts:

Isn't Kulgis already RuolPact? Also, RuolPact is like the American Gulf States (FA,AL,MI,LA,TX) teaming up with Cuba and the Bahamas to keep Canada (you) out of the Gulf of Mexico...

Sorry, but I really haven't made any move towards that. I will assume that you were using hyperboles for the sake of not starting a flame war. And it's not a bandwagon unless dozens of people blindly join for no real reason. I accept that people don't agree with my ideology, and I'm not meddling in your or Cuscatlan's internal affairs. I'm planning some moves on the Kulgis, but that's just diplomacy.

The Kulgis Isles were historically/traditionally/whatever part of Lolloh, like Puerto Rico is. Admittedly, that situation was probably incorrect. It'd be more accurate is Texas seceded, then invaded the other Gulf States. So, then, these Gulf States invade Puerto Rico and claim that it's part of their country.

Historically Ruolnik and Elescu were also part of Lolloh for quite a long time. #Whatsyourpoint?

Well IC'ly I was placing myself in the shoes of a small island nation, and I figured it would be more realistic for them to let both sides know that each other is involved and that the smaller nation is cooperating with both, so that any wrath incurred will be between the two larger (*respectively*) nations.

Well TF5 is right in the Kulgis if you read properly. While you might be right, it's no hard jump of capabilities for him to "see you" in the military sense of detection.

Actually, both of you are wrong. TF5 is just out of visual range (bumps on the horizon with binoculars) and TF3 is far out of visual range all together. I noted that a Reconnaissance aircraft flying along the sea border physically spotted and identified the Lollohian fleet. Since flying long range P-3 Orions within my own border isn't a crime, I don't see the issue here.
