Governor Sean is 32 years old. This is very surprising to most people as he doesn't look much older than 19. Whereas heavy drug use tends to make people look far older than they actually are we only seem to look even younger.

His birthday is October 31st. It might sound silly but we dress in costumes and ask strangers for candy on that day.
