I am writing this because I am seriously considering the question. African-Americans have suffered from low income, cities with littkle to none city wide income to keep the city like European-American cities and other ills. I ask this question NOT that I am some bigot or think or wish African-Americans to leave the United States, but in consideration for the fact that within it's history the African-American community has received such ill treatment.
I know if I was given the chance, I would move. Being with the disabled community, I most certainly would move to a country that was disabled, where the A.D.A was not a joke and I could receive a job as most Americans want. So I can totally understand if an African-American would be of the opinion that moving from the United States would be a good move.
So here it comes: If you are an African-American, would you want to move from the United States ? And whhere do you think you would move?
