I would like to reserve The Russian Empire again please (this version too).

If everybody else agrees then I think that those who have not godmoded should be allowed to have first refusal on the nations they controlled here?

Correct OOC. I'm wondering why Ottomans (The greater holy roman empire) and Austria (The Grand American Empire) are against Russia straight away with no backstory. I don't mind them being against me but I'd appreciate more backstory before making an IC response. Also FYI (as those who read my app already know) I'm not the Communist Soviet Russia of RL history.
