In Lyonsland, slavery has NEVER been legal, as Lyonsland only became an independent start in 1899.

While slavery is illegal, and has always been, until a few years ago there was a large amount of slavery and human trafficking going on in secret, until the military found out and arrested most of the human smugglers in raids.

If you are foreign you will be enslaved and sold. The owner can do ANYTHING to their slave. ANYTHING.

Edit: no more does this tragedy haunt our nation as the new emperor took the throne 2 months ago. Slavery has been abolished and the former slaves are being treated as equals as the Gyrenaican citizens were already 96% against it.

Every since the Slavery Act of 1871, all forms of slavery have been illegal. Should you be convicted of slavery, the punishments are high with the possibility of life imprisonment.
