PNN: Francos Spain Returns to Pacifica

Balder & The Pacific -- In the middle of the night, when almost all of Francograd's citizens were asleep, a former delegate came into town from Balder: Francos Spain.
The Eternal Flame of Francos Spain was revived just before midnight. It subsequently moved to The Pacific and changed its flag to a variant of an NPO celebration banner that was used to commemorate the ten month anniversary of the NPO's founding. Today is the ten year anniversary of Franco replacing Thedoc as The Pacific's UN Delegate. The New Pacific Order itself was announced on September 1st, 2003.
Initial reactions occured in The Pacific occurred on the regional skype chat, where industrious Pacificans who were still awake expressed shock and joy that the nation would be in The Pacific for the tenth anniversary of the NPO's founding. In-game nations were also quick to respond, as many saluted and hailed the father of the revolution on the RMB.
The nation has not posted anything publicly yet, but it's already a day and week of celebration in The Pacific. The return of Francos Spain simply makes the tenth anniversary celebrations in The Pacific all the more interesting.
