"Its cold and bitter out today, perfect for this kind of situation" Alexander thought to him self as he placed the final piece of the Moscow monument. Nothing was left were the proud capital of the Russian Federation once was, the only proof of its existence was the newly built monument to the lost dead smack in the center of a huge misshaped crater. Alexander walked away before the ceremonies began, he hated things like this. Instead he walked off into the nearby woods and pulled out his flask of Vodka. pre-war, a rare delicacy these days. Emperor John had arrived late to the office. The car driver slammed on the brakes before stopping at the main entrance to the building. John was wearing a heavy coat and some rather heavy gloves as well. He walked into the building and then found the office as he saw other leaders go into a room. John was trailed by two Imperial Guards who would wait at the front door to the building inside of course. The Guards had Ceremonial swords and had a concealed pistol that was in their holsters on the inside of their coats. John walked up to the group and said, "Sorry for my lateness a few thing in the Alteran Empire delayed my departure specifically the council delayed me. So have I missed anything?" Asked John.

"net" A man with a thick russian accent walks out of the office wearing a black military uniform with golden trimming, he looks at the group with surprise showing on his face for just a split second "Privet comrades, I am the United Socialist Empire of falconmont, or USEF for short, but please call me Alexander to keep things simple" He steps to the side and motions to his office "Please come in and sit all of you, a servant shall arrive shortly to tend to you" He leads them into a large room with a round table in the center and a desk in the far corner, the table is clearly meant for meetings as there are chairs set up around it perfectly Alexander turns up the heat then takes his seat and motions for the rest of you to do the same.

But I could be wrong. John then spoke up, "So how fairs the USEF?" John looked around the room scanning it with his eyes if something bad were to happen we would want to know the exits and such. But he didn't want to look around and let them know what he was doing. Alexander eyed you for a few moments then grinned slightly "I suppose i should be honest with you, so ill sum up the entire situation, The military's strong, our reserves of minerals and oil is to the brink of over flowing, and we have recently finished rebuilding the trans Siberian railroad" After saying this however his mood turns grim. "But, barbarians from the uncivilized lands continue to raid, though they have yet to succeed, And as you can probably tell this weather is not natural for this time of year, because of it we have a major shortage of food due to many crop failures"

John chuckled then replied, "More like uniting most of North America. I would call it setting up since we barly had to fight really I just gained followers and such and took the first holdings then our message spread and soon all of Canada was ours. The Empire has been around for 25 years now we are a force to be feared, but we don't seek power. We seek honor and glory for the Empire." Then John turned to Alexander. "Well that's good well not the food shortage, but I may be able to help with that if we discuss that privately as I have a proposition of kind for your ears only." Informed John.

"Don't have much food, well we have had a bumper crop this year we can export some extra to ya'll if you need. I may not trust your people that much but my country is always willing to help people" said Robert. Robert then thought as he looked around the room " not as creepy as the old Russia but still creepy and I don't trust that damn Yankee. He wants my land and ruin my people great life. I wonder if I will have to beat him up, that would be fun, i hope I get to beat him up. Back to what were hear for, I would like to apologize for that idiot America or Alfred F. Jones for Destroying Moscow"Robert stated turning back to the Russian nation.

Alexander smiles with a little bit of sadness "It is not your place to apologies, you were not the one who did it, though i hope one day i will be able to find the man responsible and make him pay in blood for every innocent he murdered!" he freezes after saying that only moving again to pull out his flask to take a drink. He looks at the men gathered around the table thinking of a way to change the subject, after a few moments of silence he thinks of something rather unorthodox for a meeting of nations in his opinion.
