Hello.This RP will be about the rise of nations throughout history,starting from the beginning of time (which will be 4000 BC) and till the end of time. As time progresses,new signups will be able to have more starting techs. When we reach the future (2020 AD), you will then be able to signup as extraterrestrials in any era.

Be realistic with tech development (for example,your starting tech in 4000 BC can't be currency or iron working)
If you have a heavily funded(20% or higher) research program,you can have a certain tech early that corrisponds with the research.[ex.If you heavily fund your military program,you can have a military technology early(10 years)]
