Rules:

-If there are at least 15 nations, there will be semifinals.
-If there are at least 5 nations, the voting system will be 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1. That is the same rule used in WHF.
-If there are at least 10 nations, the voting system will be 12, 10, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1. That is the same rule used in WV.
