The Imperial Government of Cybus1 is submitting a propaganda contest. The propaganda campaign MUST include the following:
It must bring a godlike status to Alexander Mercer and after studying ancient Cybusian folklore and mythology, we wish to somehow include giants in this new propaganda, as our ancestors, apparently worshipped giants as gods(and would pass the tradition down to this generation, adding another highly effective propaganda opening).
If the following is included, a raise of anywhere from five thousand NSDs, up to 1 billion NSDs may be included in the pay:
Inclusion of Mercerism which is a religion based on the belief that Alexander Mercer is a giant god who rules over the Empire.
The enemies of the Empire being obliterated and/or crushed.
The prospective pay is to be exactly 2.5 trillion NSDs(without the raise), and will be judged by a panel of Torchwood Section Six operators. If your propaganda is favorably received, your propaganda shall enter the finals, where it shall be judged by Alexander Mercer himself, who shall select a winner. Do note that propaganda is not just posters but also other things, of other spectrums, such as slogans, and broadcasts, or even plans for shows.
Here is a good example of what we would like:
A super-sized Alex sits in a biomass throne wearing his sun hand crown and red robe with his hands resting on the arms of the throne. His throne is embroidered in galaxies. Behind his throne a massive maroon flag hangs vertically with a bright red and black hand-and-sun symbol positioned to resemble the Soviet Union. Words on the bottom of the poster say:
“Alex is your master, obey your god or face His wrath”
