Not only does Star Alliance offer these benefits, it has an airline rating program. This is called "Star Ratings". Basically, authorized members of Star Alliance browse for airlines and rate them from one star - which is an extremely low standard, to five star - excellence and luxury. Sometimes the rating may not be of a satisfactory standard to the airline, and they wish for more reason to why they were rated so low/high - we are always willing to give extra information.

Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that after much consideration Air Liberte has decided to discard the rating of 3 star that your Rating Agency has given us. This rating no longer holds valid for Air Liberte.

First and foremost, the Rating Agency rated us without our prior consent. Also, it opaque system of rating is highly unbelievable and does not accounts into the unmatched comfort and services provided by our airline, a fact that has been acknowledge by many of our international customers. Enclosed you will find a copy of gesture that was given, in wirtten by the Head of States of different Nations, proclaiming the greatness of our airline. Lastly, the Star Alliance has no right whatsoever to rate an airline and access its services without prior consent of the Chairman. We believe that it was a thinly disgusted attempt to vilify our reputation and damage the good name of Air Liberte

Air LIberte has been rated a '5 star Airline' by Her Majesty's Rating Bureau. In fact, it provides more services and is making more profit than the national carrier, Air Mizialand. Therefore, I implore you to either re-rate our airline or remove the '3 star' rating given, which as mentioned, is no longer legal. Failure to act within 24 hours of the recipt of this letter will result in legal action at international stage against the Agency.
